I usually find them in grassy areas right next to the beach. Sometimes, they are inland in a jungle or on a grassy hill. But mostly near a beach.

I was doing megapiranhahunt or something and i died because a raptor lvl 5 i lost all my loot so i get my dinosaurs so i went back to the spot i died and my dinosaurs: parasaur lvl 8, parasaur lvl 15, raptor lvl 7 so when i tryhard to get my loot back my stupid parasaur attacked a bronto so all my dino’s died :(

if you notice raptors always have there toes up how do they run

If they ambush near water then get in it they can pin you down

Go to the jungle and you will find one real quick

Taming Utahraptors

Step 1.

Find a raptor.

Step 2.

Bola the raptor.

Step 3.

Club it from the behind or slingshot it.

Step 4.

Feed it raw meat.

Step 5.

Now you got yourself a utahraptor.

If you failed to tame one then use your old save and do it again! Easy i did it before and i tamed one, good luck!

Can a Kapro carry an alpha raptor? There’s one a bit too close for comfort near my wood base. I just tamed a kapro named YEET and since they can carry normal raptors i dunno about alphas. Please help I have 5 otters.

Beware the raptor territory on "the island map"(standard) You can hardly find any raptors anywhere until u go there then they attack. Four or five at a time ripping you to streads.

When u tame one I suggest upgrading stamina and attack damage. Upgrading speed is pretty pointless for a raptor

If you pump the attack and the speed to 140% they are extremely useful for a fast way of farming meat while also being fast enough to get you out of most situations.

If your not interested in bonus levels from your tame and have a good supply of meat after knocking it out, use a club and be gentle. You can tame most of them without narco if you don't mind not getting levels
