1. Bola or get in a high rock or run

2. Shoot the raptor with tranquility darts/arrows or hit with a club

3.put taming food in it's inventory meat, kibble, etc,

4.name it Bob or your choice of liking

5.you can spay or neuter for whatever the gender is

6.enjoy your ark thug

When taming this creature you should have some bolas meat and a club.

First bola the raptor/raptors next knock them out and give them meat and wait for them to tame

If you can manage to get a pack of ten or more they will absolutely destroy almost anything but a giga.

Raptor alpha are indeed able to be knocked out I have known I dear why in mobile only there always around the jungle around bathe islands . There actually two island I don't know why but when you fly to herbivore Island . Then there's a second island on the other side full of big eagle and Rex's and lots of angry things there free bags . There a middle part by the snow and beach on one corner east from the brute cave we're every fights.

Should I tame the one that says alpha it has a lot of health and is super quick pls tell me

Here is how you tame a raptor if you are a noob

-bola

-club

-raw meat

Just knock out the raptor and then feed it the meat and there you go you're very own raptor!

Step:1 knock out raptor then tame it

Step:2 try to kill level 200 t-Rex

Step:3 Then bearrry it after it dies

Step:4 cry cuz your sad

But I mean that’s the game of ark for you

Run at it with meat in hand and will automatically tame .

BE CAREFUL!!!!! if you are a low level and are on a mount do not even think about going up to one. they will knock you off your mount and ounce and kill you. i promise. one knocked me off my argie twice but i had god console so i didn’t die. (god console is vvveeerrrryy recommend!!!)

These guys can really be a pain in the but in the early game so I will tell you how to tame these

Get atleast 5 bolas (if there's a pack or you miss)

Get some parasaur kibble or simple kibble or prime meat (wouldn't recommend normal meat it drains taming effectiveness)

Use a bolas on low level raptor if taming high level, use a trap you can find on youtube

If your taming high level raptor use tranq arrows and hit on his face

I once saw a Raptor come out of nowhere on the Island of the Red Obelisk (AKA Dimorphodon Island) and then my newest tame (Neu de Django) ran off. Then it said, "Your Parasaur, Neu de Django, was killed by a Leech". What? Leeches spawn there? Hit the good arrow if u knew

Useful in early game, but are pretty much useless once you get guns due to their low weight carrying.

Cheap scum who will snipe you off your mount without warning and will hundred to zero you because you’re perma stunned. It doesn’t get better as you level up, they still dominate the top slot of most menacing and terrible creature on the island
