Alright if your new or don’t have enough stuff to fight these guys here a tip to escape them

#1 run and jump I found that most of the time that they can’t get you if going down a hill or over objects

#2 go underwater as deep as you can they won’t be able to get you

#3 for all land Dino’s go under water for aquatic Dino’s go on land and for flyers go underwater (Barry can go on land and in water same for sarcos )

Here is a good mobile tip.

When exploring early in the game, always carry 4 to 5 bolas with you. DO NOT HEAD INTO HEAVILY WOODED AREAS OR AREAS WITH LOTS OF VEGETATION. That will prevent any ambushes. If you want to hunt raptors, stay in an open space. You will be able to see and bola the raptor. I recommend using a ranged weapon like the bow you got from hunting dilos. A spear is okay but the bow will kill it faster than throwing the spear. To help minimize the chance of being pounced, move around and not forward. If you see a group of 3, retreat immediately because from experience, I never had survived a small group of raptors without being almost or completely dead.

I was out riding my raptor queen when two other raptors jumped me I had to get off of quenn and shw died and they were going after me so I used my bolas to bolas them and kill them up for rip queen

On mobile, these bruhs pounce on u WAYYY more than pc. Tbh mobile seems like hardcore pc...

With a good argy the alphas aren’t that scary

They hit very fast rip and will never stop attacking once it's hitting you

Runaway from these things they’re fast as Frick and good luck trying to tame one

So there are average raptors. They drop meat and hide. There are tek raptors. They drop scrap metal, oil, electronics, and element dust. There are alpha raptors. They drop tons of prime, cool loot, and some hide. So tell me: WHY ARE THERE NO ALPHA TEK RAPTORS THAT DROP POLYMER??? thank you for your time happy hunting

Alphas always spawn near my spawn and I get rid of them by finding them eating an animal they killded and then shooting them in the head from far away and they don't agro u if ur far enough.

If your investing in hunting raptors (it's good to tame them aswell) then I recommend you bola it and the spear it to death... or arrow it......or...uhhh bull-et it to.. uhh death.. yah know what just kill it with whatever you have.be smart and use certain weapons depending on its level.

I had a lvl 190 raptor and lvl 135 raptor I took them with me in a journey to the redwoods on the way I was hunting I used the raptor special attack on ants and I went underground and suddenly got teleported to the redwoods

If a raptor starts attacking your flyer do not spam the ride button because you can get up and then immediately get off and then your whole family will die and your hope for getting more flyers will also die and you will die inside as well so keep that in mind.

Never tame it I was on a rock and there were rapters everywhere

One of them went away then a few minutes after a trex was chasing it went for me the rapter making the trex go for me and kill me

My dilophosauras wont attack it, and so does the raptor. I really want my dilo back but it keeps going near a raptor.

The reason why the dilo is even there is because, when I had a parasaur and a dilo, I found a raptor in the middle of taming the said parasaur and balo'd it but the dilo killed the raptor before I can knock it out with a club (I didn't have a tranq arrow at the time) so I decided to look for a raptor, and found a pack, but it looked like 2 at first and I had 3 balos, so I thrown one at one raptor and missed, and tried again and hit, and missed with the other raptor, another raptor came in and fought me, My parasaur was fighting the raptors for a long time while dilo is just sitting there like "wait, those are my friends!"

Altho I'm not sure because I died before that so..

I tried to get my loot back over and over and I died to everything on the way, EVERY FREAKING THING!

Later when the loot prob despawned I saw my dilo, still alive and I was shocked, and thought to myself, how did they survive that many raptors?

But then I found another raptor and got killed by it and I didn't see it attacking the raptor..

Yeah that's how dangerous these guys are in early game when you are heavily unprepared or have too little guard dogs.

If I had a gravestone for every tamed animal and homo saipens dead, I'd fit 69 sextillion things.
