If its says ur in a dangerous area it doesn't mean a Raptor idiots it means like theri, alpha raptor, spino,carno, stuff like that. Raptors aren't that scary. Best thing to kill these is to knock them out using high damage now or OP slingshot like a master raft one and then it’s just easy melee to knock them out, I’ve also noticed they get knocked backed and distracted pretty easily, just have a useless Dino with you and taking items such as bola, bow and slingshot and they’re pretty easy to deal with. Otherwise, they are literally like termites in a house to raptors to your tames and face
