5he first time I found this guy, I ran into a therizino and the raptor hit 85 and they fought to the death, the raptor fell asleep and I timed it.

So, a thing about Mobile Raptors is they are insanely overpowered anti-survivor creatures on the beaches, the BEACHES. But anyway, I've learned from being jumped dozens of times as a noob and now is that after 3 primary attacks, they jump/pounce on you for 10-15 seconds dealing a lot of damage and you cannot do ANYTHING about it, sadly. There is a way though to avoid this issue by:

1. Kill it before the third attack

2.whistle neutral/attack target on raptor when there is a tame nearby

Here are some creatures a raptor can kindly kidnap you from:

Argentavis

Can knock you out of a trike and some taller mounts with their 1 meter jump

Stay invisible

If you see a raptor, just tame 5 dodos and then run as fast as you can while the raptor is chasing you.

They may be the weakest alpha but they still kill (ok nvm get a trike to atleast lev 200 then spam it's attack don't move then you have a dead prime meat explosion)

When I was a noob, and saw a raptor for the first time, I thought: eh another small carnivore, probably as weak as a dilo... So I went to manhandle it with a bow, went well till the pack came, then one pounced and you know the rest. Be careful, they are far more dangerous than their size suggests

They are good tames but, they can sometimes jumpscare you. 😂

If you can bola the utahrapter and it doesn’t count trap it with a net of a trap but leaps I’ll just say

GHAST GHAST GHAST GOTTA GHAST

Don’t run try to fight back or reach high ground it’s really strong

If encountered use bola to stun it does not have much health so you can use pike to kill it

How to survive raptors

1. Craft a bunch of bolas incase you miss or there is a pack

2. Get a weapon of your chose (above 50 damage) i prefer shotguns

3. Bola them then shoot/stab them until they die

So Alpha Raptor can damage wood! But the Wiki says they Can’t!!!!!!

If you have a parasaur, first thing to do is level up its movement speed.
