The best thing to do is just hatch one. I have a raptor level 168 hatched from an egg imprinted 54%. It is op. It can kill a 100 brontosaurus easy. Hardly takes any damage.

How to tame a raptor without a trap! by ARKDude

Step 1: reach lvl 21, craft at least ten tranc arrows for low level, probably around 20-25 for high level.

Step 2: make a ton of bolas just in case there’s a pack you didn’t see or if you miss.

Step 3: find it, ooh baby find i-it (come and get your lo-ove)

Step 4: stand there, very still, as you charge your bola.

Step 5: when it runs towards you, at a safe distance, bola it.

Step 6: knock out with trancs.

Step 7: put around 10-20 narcotics in there and 2 times that amount worth of normal raw meat.

Step 8: protect it as it tames.

Step 9: whistle it on passive so it doesn’t try and kill dilos or other raptors (I lost a lvl 20 raptor like this, cause I didn’t whistle passive)

Step 10: if all goes well, you’ve got a raptor! Congrats!

Step 1 : craft a Bola or a small bear trap

Step 2 : these guys are carnovores if you dont already

know so hunt a dino for food.

Step 4 : Bola or use a small bear trap to trap them... be

careful they usually wander in packs.

Step : 5 get a Bola or a bow and Trang arrows from

Step : 6 shoot the raptor every 3-5 seconds til it gets

knocked out... step : 7. Feed the raptor normal meat or prime meat .. prime meat is better.. feed it narcotics or narcotics berries so it doest wake up while still in the feeding process. Step : 8 gather materials for a raptor saddle or if you have one just wait and if there's danger around make spike walls around the raptor... once it's tamed put the saddle on and destroy the spike walls then ride away

Hope this is helpful. I had a raptor named hunter he had 960 health and he does 40 damage per hit he's amazing... he can catch up to any dino and he can carry 225 kilograms he's amazing when I was taming him he had 800 health at first but he Gyatt an extra 160 health once he tamed...

If you play ark get to at least 114 % speed or else they'll catch you... if you dont then run to the nearest trike, parasour, carbyonemys, or iguanodon If you can and let the raptors aggro to the dino... then run away... second way is by bolawing it and run away... 3rd way is to swim away to another island and run off cause they aren't fast swimmers and they'll de aggro to you... the 4th way is by mounting a flyer like a pteranadon or argy and flying away. Raptor is hated by many, but there is a good tactic that works (she helps me, I don't know about you) in general, the Raptor attacks, you hit it and circle around it, but not too close and not too far away and hit that's the whole tactic

Step 1 make sure there is only one Raptor in the area

Step 2 bola in the legs ( Be careful they are very fast)

Step 3 knock out and put meat in it’s inventory

Step 4 name your new Raptor

They are pretty fast so jou need to hit tem with a bola if jou wanna tame it

ATTENTION! tip for beginners, if you want to tame a raptor but suffer with bad luck of it being too far away from your house or if creatures attack it while unconscious get an eqqus or equus wtvr lol but it’s a horse, make sure to get a saddle for the horse because it’s important. Open the inv of the horse you will see craft “ lasso” its easy to craft just a little fiber and thatch make at least 3-6 if your base is far. Ride your horse and aim your lasso at the sleeping raptor and when you get it you can just move the raptor to your base while riding your horse it’s a useful tip because my raptors always died when unconscious or I was stupid and didn’t bring enough meat or narcotics sooo yeah.. also the higher the level of the horse the better

hello this is how i kill a 75 lvl raptor so i was hunting a blue one bec his the only raptor i found so get closebto him in let him chase me i dint know we was a 75 so i lead him to my army my carbonemy 2 dilo in a parasour name i like you cut shecs so the raptor first atck the paraour in i felt scared bec he will kill the ridealbe only pet then i call all my army in kill him in think that no one die but no my parasour die but i have a lot of amber i heal my parasour in my parasour live i felt happy in the raptor drop a bow so i can use it to kill more animal bec i have a crossbow thats all

What I like to do when I tame Dino’s like raptors, I make a ‘copy’ of my inventory.I’ll have what I need to tame it but not anything important, so if I die then I won’t lose anything other than a pet and some items I already have.

They cannot pounce on you while you’re in water.

Kinda easy tame... Use bola and knock it out with slingshot or bow and toxic arrows n feed it meat. The only thing u gotta watch out for is, if there is 1 raptor then others must be close!! Good luck!

Can’t speak for all devices but they should be the same? These can (at least on mobile) fit through a normal door.

For raptor if you don't know it's level then just Bola it and go to the side so that it can't hit you so that you can find out its level without dying! Then run away before the Bola can run out so that you don't get killed after you find out its level.

I recommend when taming get 10-20 meat

Step1 find a raptor and run from it

Step2 shoot a few arrows till it’s at low health then start to punch

Step3 knock it out after punching and then feed it 10-20 MEAT

I had a raptor once named her …… fern she was very strong and fast she was lvl 38 but I was on her back and we were traveling and we were on our way home but then I trampled a forest snake and then before my eyes fern jumped in front of me….. and died I am making a grave to remember her and her courage her body lies under my fire and in my heart 1 like = more love for my savior 😓😓😓😓

if level 28 bola it then shoot it with apprentice bow or higher in the head then club it 2 times in the back feed it raw meat make a thatch foundation 3 walls 1 roof 1 bed feed it narcotics like 3 to 4 then sleep and its tamed also you can just feed it 1 or 2 ;-;

With high damage per second and speed, the Raptor can easily dispatch anything smaller than it! Give it a few friends, and it can take out some of the stronger dinosaurs of the island. These agile lizards will rapidly tear up anything you want them too! Remember to be careful of their relatively low health pool, as they can die pretty fast if you’re not.
