You can tame another quetzals whit One quez, you Only need a platform, you make a box and easy tame

Quetzal is not respawn in my world knowing before it existed and killed low level quetzal

If u wana tame it just dont he will die in less than 20min good luck crying and breaking ur device after u spent 2h taming/finding just to look being killed by rex/trike or agventatis

Level up weight and speed so you can go on reasource runs

Tapes are how u tame dis and quetz are one of the only way to tame giga

It isn’t really worth the tranqs and time unless you are playing with a bunch of friends and you need a transport with a large capacity. It’s so slow in the air that it isn’t THAT effective for a mobile base, but it works. You will want 1 for each biome in crystal isles, it takes half an hour to fly across the map.

Once tamed put a platform saddle on it and turn it into a bomber. Use keypad and large trapdoor to release bombs. Dodos don’t work anymore so get a buddy and get him to toss clusters through

Has a high carry weight, and a platform saddle allowing you to gather metal very efficiently with an ankylo, plus after u collect your metal u can refine it and craft it into things you need on the quetz instead of flying back to base and wasting time

Believe it or not a Quetzal can pick up any creature that you can fit on its back. We built a platform on its back and managed to fly a Giganotosaraus back to our camp

uh quetzals can't be aggroed on by gigas bc I tried it myself. the gigas can actually protecc ur quetzal

Don't kill low levels because low level quetzals you should make a taming box for high levels so you can eliminate the risk of it dying

Great for robbing entire houses because of their ability to fly and their amazing carry weight
