to get it into a trap you can use rare flowers cuz the effect status that it gives will make the quetzel mad at you and will have it follow you

i would just use a catapult with metal bola while the quetzal land and tranq it with a long neck rifle or a crossbow i haven't tried it yet bcs im still gearing up lol

I tamed like 8 in one day it’s so easy

Just go with a tapejara whistle it to attack the quetz after going into the back seat . I did fail the first time but how to spawn him infinitely in the old mobile edition go near the red obelisk land on one rock spike idk what you call it and then get off and tidy save and leave join again and look around the obelisk and there you'll find him MINE LANDED IN THE REDWOODS so i teleported my rex that's it

1. kill a quetz

2. get artifact

3. build a stone structure 8(L)x7(w)x6(h) ONLY MAKE A BORDER LEAVE MIDDLE OPEN add roof

4. add revival platform on ground

5.revive quetz

6. KO and tame

To everyone saying easiest way to tame is sit on tapajara seat or grapple to argy blah blah blah. Yea those are methods but not the easiest method. Easiest method (other than finding one glitch into a rock) is to use a griffin (if you don’t know, you can use weapons while flying it) simple follow the quetz and tranq em. I found its easiest to shoot from directly underneath the quetz. Push that button if this helped!

I personally tamed a griffin and used net gun on its back simply shot it down like

God mode ark mobile just fly by yourself and follow it and shoot .Plus works on all creatures if you have god mode level up the creature after its nocked out and the food stat will go up but the food will stay the same so it’s basically a forever soothing balm

Use a chain bola or net gun on it when it lands this way it’s so much easier to tame

You're all pretty dumb. Just use a Rhynio with a rifle/tranqs. You can follow it and shoot while mounted lmao ez tame. Idiots telling their tamee to attack it

How to cheese this tame: get an oasisaur or another quetzal then build the tap in DRAX GAMING quetzal taming vid and knock it out then boom free quetzal

Use longness to fire tranq darts and use an argie to keep up and keep chase until it gets knocked then put fish and narcotics in inventory and keep watch so nothing kills it
