Super easy to tame. Bola it, feed it meat, give it nacroatics and boom. You have to be pretty high lv to fly it though sadly.

If your a pvp player, definitely go to center for these as there is a huge spot for whale guys (leedsycthis or something) they can give super big amounts of prime fish meat, and pt's spawn near them as well.

Bola, Tranq, and have at least 100 Narcotics on you when you tame it. Keep near it for a while, maybe build defense around the pt so it can't be attacked by other players and hostile carnivores.

Walk up to it with a cross bow and shoot it in the face then shove stacks of meat in it. Then if no narcoberries or narcotics can be used simply wack with candy cane to ensure compliance.

I made regular kibblemto tame mine! I was able to steal a carb. Turtle egg when i was out gathering chitin or whatever you call it lol narco berries work just as well as Narco.mix. good luck my fellow Ark players!!!

Try knocking onecout and force feeding organic polymer it will keep it knocked out the entire time just wait till the thing almost wakes up and force feed it the polymer

Try to knock and tame it on herbivor island because there are no bad thing

When starve taming make sure it is hungry enough to eat everything at once and be done. Otherwise you will lose levels.

Do not use for head on combat since nerf. Upgrade stam high its a scout bird nothing more nothing less

Just tamed a 145 after the nerf. Melee was a good 365 on standup at 219, but stamina was straight trash. And leveling up barely adds to stats anymore...go for argys as they arent much slower, still have decent stamina, and can still carry more than 300lbs. Pteras are in the 200s now. Smh

I tamed a 125. I tuck more dodo kibble than what it says. But I still got a plus 25 levels
