5 when you tame one you need narcotic

Really fast but only picks up small creatures and it cant hold a lot of weight

-first craft bola

-craft 10 narcotis

-find pteradon

-bola pteradon

-hock out pteradon

-feed it 50 meet

-and drug it when is low on unconcisnes

-enjoy new pteradon- Works on any level

This is for me but right now I just lost 2 pteranodons because one is a guy and 1 is a girl and they just flew away together

Incase you're wondering what I lost I lost 2 saddles (I play on single player I die alot cause I'm pretty noobie) about 100 metal and a couple other things (they might come back but still wtd.

Bola it, club it, feed it, keep it knocked out by feed ing it bio toxin

Use a bola,use trank arrows on crossbow,upgrade weight and stamina.

Find your target get atleast 2 bolas and throw it at him on land not water make sure you have tranq arrow or if you get lucky you can knock it out with your fists and throw fish meat prime fish meat any meat will work kibble too keep narcotics with you just Incase or narcoberries to keep it knocked out

Once I was flying with my lvl 30 pteranodon then I saw my first titani I didn’t know that. I didn’t know it was that deadly so I gave it my a hit to provoke it and suddenly it gave my pteranodon one strike so it died and then I wanted revenge so it went ahead to hit it then it strike me to my grave

When on rag try and always use mutton

I needed nartocits up this to get a tame

Knocked out a 135 but as soon as I knocked it out bugs attacked it. It was down to 50% taming efficiency. I woke it up and knocked it out again but got attacked again by raptors. I still tamed the thing but it’s not as good as I would have liked

Tamed a145 and a 120 at the same time. It was easy but I’m planning on breeding them a getting an imprinted pteranodon

A 150 only takes about 2 tranq arrows to the head with a crossbow to knock it out

One time in survival evolved I had a pteranodon it had a saddle, but the only downside was its weight it could barely carry much every time I had something heavy in my inventory the heavy material would have to go or my pteranodon level up and upgrade his weight

Stay Close because once thay arout, it doesn’t take long for them to wake up. Feed them lots of narcotic berries

If you’ve knocked one out take 20 meat and 15 narcotics and now you have a pet pteranodon

I am very new to ark, I can’t seem to tame one. I can’t make kibble as I don’t know where to find carrots. Is there an easier way!?
