Use a deinosuchus to swim down in between blue and redwoods in the center. (ASA) Then use giga bite to kill lo plesiosaur. Then just swim up shooting narco until it goes back down. Repeat until knocked out, and make sure to have prime and many narcotic or biotoxin. When tamed they sim really fast and have a platform saddle. I hope this helped you with taming a plesiosaur.

When you find 2 or more plesiosaurs, more than likely since they spawn this way, you should kill the one you dont want with an ichthyosaurus or a strong ocean mount, then use its prime meat to tame the other one. prime meat is very effective (10-20% taming percent for most) so I'd suggest doing this.

How to keep it unconscious spam bio toxin

Always, always, make sure you bring at least a couple of oxygen tanks when taming one. If you unfortunately knock one out near the bottom of the ocean, it is a pain to tame when your tank breaks....

If you get a sarco and pump a little into speed and get a crossbow or harpoon launcher you can knock it out easily. You can shoot of him and has the ability to turn fast.

Trap it one of the sea air pockets were you can get crystals

Knock out with tranq arrow on a sarco make sure to separate from any other ones or else u die

How to tame on mobile

Optional: Get soothing balm. It’ll make taming go a lot quicker, but it’s not necessary.

Step 1: Get crossbow, tranq/toxicant arrows and narcotics/biotoxin.

Step 2: Ride a basilo and find a plesiosaur.

Step 3: Get plesiosaur to chase you until it reaches depth limit and stops. Continue to surface and kill any eels/megs that may’ve followed you.

Step 4: Dismount basilo and shoot plesiosaur until unconscious. You should be able to shoot it without going too deep.

Step 5: Feed that sucker meat and narcotics until it loves you

Congrats, you have a plesiosaur. Enjoy

I used an itchy to tame thus sinve nothing agros it unless you hit it and its OP, if you get a good crossbiw and a fast icthy its easy and a good method.

Hey, im trying to tame one of these. I have 4 stone gateways and a couple of reinforced wood gates along the way. Im on mobile btw. I found a low lvl pair near herbivore island, one is lvl 8 and one is lvl 3. Im going to be taming the lvl 3, because it doesn't need as much rex kibble. I'll kill the lvl 8. Anyway, is 4 stone gates and 4 gateways enough? Should I put a roof on top? I don't really care about the pleasiosaur escaping, I just don't want it to get killed. Plz leave a tip if there's something I can do better or change. -Very confused survivor.

There is a glitch where if you aggro a group of Ples, they will spawn new Ples as well. I went farming for a high level one, ended up having 30 in 1 area that I just had cleared out.

And Basically Revive It In water i There's also Kind of like a Bug That When You Revive Them They kinda Just stuck and Doesn't really Move so I just knocked It Out With my Longneck

There’s one underwater cave that higher then normal animals. The devs made it so you

Can’t tame any on the animals in this cave so no one would farm it like crazy. Also if a animal is over level 150 it is untamable.

If you're looking to tame one of these, it'll be interesting. Have a fast and strong megalodon to ride on so you can get around fast (or a manta/itchy). They can't go up much because of a sea barrier keep that in mind. Use that to your advantage! Tranq arrow it (bring a spare bow if using normal gear) and make sure you watch your oxygen levels.

Lead them to a pearl cave on the island and ko from the safety of the cave

If trying to tame one make like a wyvern trap on the bottom on the ocean and hive someone else shut it. I use a sarco to lead it in the trap. On the center you can make the trap right next to the air bubble to escaped in the Airr away from any attack range and have a keypad to shut it.

I just swim above them.Then i shoot down with a tamed megalodon near by.you can out maneuver them as long as you're above them.

It is the fastest water creature who is also able to defend a lot of predators! I prefer a trap to get one of them easily.

Just piss em off and make them follow you by the time it rains away just rapid fire really effective
