The person who tamed a plesiosaur with a Sarco….you seem like my kind of person🙂 #SARCOS RULE

My trusty sarcosuchus made knocking my plesi exceedingly simple, for three reasons. The sarco is fast, it ascends quickly, and you can shoot from its back. Once I separated my plesiosaur from her friend and killed it, the procedure was simple. When the plesi reaches a certain height it begins to flee. I dragged her up then filled her with tranqs until she aggro'd again. Repeat process until unconscious. Simple with sarco.

There is a glitch at the redwood on the center, where plesiosaurs will spawn really near the coast and whole groups of 2 or 3 are glitched in the water, meaning you can knock out multiple plesiosaurs at the time.

The trick is to argo one, have him chase you into an underwater cave where he will not be able to fit through the door but his long neck and head does. when you do this he will not de-agro, you can then get a clear shot from the cave with a bow and tranq arrows

Always spawn in packs of 2-3 keep that in mind while looking for them Rip my little itchy you were brave😭

Taming one is not too difficult. A high level won’t take too many tranq to knock out. When it’s knocked out, feeding it a soothing balm will allow u to tame it quickly, even with regular raw meat. Don’t forget to separate the plesiosaur u want from others in the area. Good luck!

The Island Map: Seems to be one or two (or a Mosa) stuck in a rock just south of Herbivore island (almost directly up against the map border). Two will be stuck....kill one, tranq the other. When it goes to flee (almost at ko) just wait (literally 10 ish seconds) and it will settle and poke it's head back out of the rock again .... co ntinue to tranq until ko. Head will land outside rock. Tame with kibble and Cryo it once tamed to remove it from rock. Have MANY Mosa's and Plesi's this way.

Try to get on a fast taim. They will flee when they are nearly asleep. And they are fast.

If you want to tame one I recommend using a icthy because I tamed one by using it. If you are try to pump up its stamina and speed. But obviously if your not like your a sarco master like me🐊🐊 you can use that. Use a crossbow and tranq darts or toxiant arrows because it reloads faster and guns don’t work underwater. Trust me I tried it. It didn’t turn out well. After like 20 tranq arrows it will be unconscious then get somewhere near 10 raw prime meat and BOOM!! You have a plesiosaur /\ if this helped

After tamed, you can grapple onto them while a tribmate drives it and easily tame more large water mounts. If you are about to touch a structure or terrain, crouch to take off the hook or you will die instantly and your body will fly across the map

They can't fit through the resource caves' entrances. Just lure it into one and pull out your crossbow/harpoon gun for the knock out. Just be aware of any nearby megalodons, as they can fit into the cave easily and ruin your swimming session.

The trick to ko these guys is to wait for them to agro you, once they're close enough, swim up and backwards until you've reached their swim limit and shoot them as many times as possible. When they lose interest, just do the same trick and eventually you'll knock it out

The weakness of plesiosaur is the depth limit. Use it to tame it.this also work for mosasaurs. Scuba tank and flipper recommended

Pretty useful tame. Just get and Ichty and tranq it. Insane health, weight, speed, and melee damage.

Pump every points into stamina Bc they can't even swim 3 meters without getting tired. Worth taming.

These guys are great and super fast and also very strong. Warning when your gonna go tame these guys bring a sarco or an icthy , they also spawn In 2,s or 3,s so be careful because these guys do a crap ton of damage .

Using nets makes taming these extremely easy
