Chapter I: King Rodan of The Pteras

POV: Rodan (Character Description: Rodan is a large, dark red, fire yellow, and orange pt, having, oddly, two crests upon his head. He also seems to have more Argent-like claws.)

As I flew through the forest, I searched for food. “Finally, a sabertooth salmon!” My brother, Peak, said. As he dived, I waited, then struck, killing the fish instantly. “Hey!” My brother complained, “I was gonna take that.” I snapped my beak harder around the fish’s body, cutting some parts into shreds. “No, you were too lazy to move, because you’re a stupid heir,” I snapped, “now let’s go back to the flock.” He squawked, annoyed. As we went towards our flock’s nests, I saw something that still chills me to this day, Survivors, stuffing fish into my family’s mouths. Taming them, enslaving them, stealing them from their pasts. Then, a lone wolf, a dark black and gray beast that my entire family told me to avoid, walked up and said: “They did it to my family, too. I killed one once, but it felt…wrong. Come with me, I’ll help you, just help me kill these three guys. Bloodhead, a dodo, Nightmare, an argent, and Jigsclaw, a pelagornis. Names Drakken, by the way.” I thought about it, then moved, lightning fast, until my claws were at his neck. “Ok, I’ll help you, but help me kill these stupid, tamed, pteras” I said. “So, you want me to kill your own kind? Isn’t that homicide or something?” Drakken said. “Yes, or else I’ll kill you.” I said coldly. I heard the screams of Survivors as I flew towards my old nest. And I simply slept to the sounds of terror. It was hell, and I was the devil. King of Pteras and Hell.

Chapter II: Hell on The Island

All tribes wiped out, only loners survived…barely. This chapter is narrated by Jonathin Marus, a former warrior from a tribe known simply as ‘Nomads.’ It implies that Rodan is the new Overseer and Drakken is dead, the rest of this tale is told by remnants of humanity. Part III in snow owl.

i tamed one of these amazing flyers and decided to take a therie with it and I got the trap set and everything but just as I was placing the last wall/doorframe the level 51 therie attacked me and my poor pela I tried to get on him and run I should of just let it take me but when I get in my gate I just had to watch him die from the inside my base was right next to the taming spot ( up thsi for popcorn the pela ) :(

I was looking for one to tame in creative and I found one and dotamed it and whoops... It was a ichyhyornis

So I went out on a raft to find one and I bola it and knock it out and begin taming it and then it sinks...

And when I finally find it at the bottom of the sea it is dead and I get killed by an electrophorus

They usually stays on sea water but you can find them at X:55 Y:40, I kill a random Megalodon for its meat just to tame them 😂

me and my friend had a male pelagornis (we called janet on accident but never changed) it was a beast i mean it could kill tens of wyvern and alpha wyverns alike and it wouldn’t go down it didn’t even have multiples stats it was just incredibly overpowered to this day it is still a powerhouse and killed its first gigs a few hours ago

I had one named crow he died to argy

I have a pelagornis named pigeon. He killed 3 rexes.

So I was taking a pelagornis and I went to get some more narcotics and it just disappeared a few days later trying to get one I went and knocked one put then it disappeared again when I got some fish meat 😐😑😐

I tamed a pelargonis and placed it on my taft's roof. I where away fixing a taming pen for the Spino. When I am coming back I see that the Spino have killed my pelargonis, iguanodon and kaprosuchus. And out of nowhere I am starting to take damage. I am looking around and starting to swing my sword. But I couldn't see anything. Then when i dies I see: "you where killed by a Spino". It was about 50 meters away from me and still killed me. I still wonder if it was a bug or if the Spino can attack from so far away. I got really pissed anyway.

R.I.P my pelargonis, iguanodon and kaprosuchus who where my best friends.

Great tame, perfect starter for people flying over water

This thing takes time to tame. A long time to tame. A long time which wastes my time my PRECIOUS time that I don’t even have!

I had a pelagornis named Chicken wing,but she died to a Cnidaria.

I play on ark mobile and I went to the icebergs to tame a penguin I saw one of these guys land on the water next to the icebergs and it got killed instantly by a level 80 megalodon and the pelagornis was level 1

My sister is new to ark and wanted one so she thought hiting it with a spear was how you tamed it and i haven't seen that peli sence sooo.

To the person who wishes flyers were allowed on Genesis, like the X-Tapejara, I have as much of a solution as I can make.

If you are on PC

You can spawn Genesis creatures and items in other ARKs, I have a Astrocetus, Magmasaur, Megachelon, X Triceratops and X Yuty on Valguero. If you want to use an X-Tapejara just spawn it on a different ark. Hope this helps!
