I was lvl 1 and I found one sitting on a rock but I had this game before so I didn’t t try to knock it out cause I didn’t have any bola or fish just my stupid fists then I found one sitting in water right by my camp I love these and I wanted to tame them so bad now I can tame one and I search for one every ark day but I can’t find one!!!

I got a pelegornis called pelé and decided to go get some organic polymer with him. So my dad and I went to the snow biome and we harvested some penguins but when I landed I got glitched of our raft and got eaten by Megs. My dad fell in the water to but made it to land with the polymer but nearly died to a spino, sarco and a terror bird (in the redwoods). He got killed by another terror bird though. But the main thing is that pelé survived!!! I’m planing to go to the snow biome soon, to rescue pelé.

On mobile: You can find quite a few of them near herbivore island. Some near the shore, and a BUNCH just in the general area! Found out by going to herbivore island for trilobites.

I found one that looked like a seagull (White with an orange beak) so I tamed it. I have it in a cryo currently. I usually hunt these for food. They're easy to tame but the demand for fish meat is irritating

Level up its stamina and speed and buala! You got a speedboat!

Literally right after I tamed one it was killed by a pack of Allos..

I ride these things around and call them jet skies because well I’ll let you try one on the water.

These things destroyed my base in the beginning next to the ocean and murdered my dinosaurs. They are vicious.

I’ve never had one land near me before, so when one did I whistled passive and bola’d it as quick as I could, lol. But then I had to frantically find fish meat. 😅 I still got him tho!

Once in multiplayer mode I saw a green pelagornis. It looked like a duck crossed with a pelican. Then it flew away, but I chased it. It landed and then a minute later it took off. Then another black one came, but then it flew away to. It was fun while it lasted, though!

First time I got a pelagornis was amazing, his name was Gordo (yes, fat).

At first I was like "God, I hate pteranodons, let's tame this guy even though he'll suck like the tips are saying" oh boy was a wrong. Soon after taming him, I wanted to get some nice points (Christmas event), so I headed right on over to an alpha raptor, 1k health and 60 armor or so vs… god knows how much health and damage, it was a level 15. I swoop down like the insane person I am, and start beating up the raptor, taking heavy damage and flying over to the water, I land in the water, and for the next 10 minutes or so, I'm spinning around this raptor, attacking it, and praying for my life, I keep losing stamina and taking more and more damage, meaning I have to head towards the water and relax, before I finally kill it. I kill more carnivores till I'm super nice, get an adorable dunk from Raptor Claus with all points in melee, and continue on my brutal hunt, destroying alphas, killing carnivores, and braving carnivore island like a level 83 pelican has never done before.

But finally, I raft back over to land, looking for an itchythorinis in hopes of getting some good prime for my next pelican, I hop off Gordo, leaving him on passive so he doesn't kill the itchy and shoot one down, I'm happy for around 10 seconds before I get the alert that Gordo had died… to a carno.

I killed the carno and the itchy in a fit of rage and punched their bodies till they decomposed, then went on a mission to find my next pelican (Pelagrino, level 167), now, my opinion on them has changed forever and they're my favorite flier.

Pelagornis are good games but anoying to tame cause they eat fish.

I had a pelagornis named hjonkening, and he sadly died. I was pecking Cnidaria when two megalodons came and ate her little feet. I tamed an exact opposite of her and named it hjonks revenge. Megolodons and Cnidaria cannot escape

RIP Flappy Bird. She was killed by a Therizinosaurus. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to tame it; she distracted it long enough for the tranq arrows to kick in.
