They tend to like beaches and if your on dead island they spawn in Everywhere

Finding pelicans on the center is kinda hard… go closer to the east redwood ocean area and they are usually flying around

This is a non-violent creature in the wild. Any type of attack usually sends it running. I say usually because sometimes it'll sit there letting you attack it and will not flee or attack.

I find them on the beaches I got an all red lv 30 from a beach my advice get a boat they will also be in the water
