Knock them out and put them in a tent. While it is unconscious grab some berries and put it in your inventory, make sure there isn’t anything else for it to steal to tame it faster. When is is awake let it steal the berries from you and eventually you will have a tamed Pegomastax! Also make sure your tent is closed.

Had a lv234 thyla breed with a random mutation I didn't want to breed from but came out bright pink so I kept it as my main mount fully imprinted. One of my favourites. Had it in a cryo in my inventory pego took didn't realise till I got home. Hate those little thing. Ahhhhhh

I accidentally flew on my terasaur and landed with 2 of these things and I had 100 menjoes ( the purple ones) and I automatically got tamed

Ok. These guys are literally the worst and the best! They are extremely annoying when untamed, but very fun when tamed. I’m on day 21 of ark killing theris around level 10 with my 11 pegomastax.

Encountering: To tame a pego put berries in the last slot of your inventory (slot 0). The pego will come up and steal the berries from you, taming the pego.

Battling: these guys are a piece of cake to destroy. Start swinging at em and after a few hits they are dead. That does mean however, they don’t have the best health.

Leveling up: For using these fellows as a murder gang level them up in melee and speed. If they are fast they can attack and steal faster, and melee will kill faster ofc. If you just want one I recommend health and weight though.

Tip: don't put something valuable in your last slot since it steals whatever is in your last hoybar slot

I’ve never tamed one but i always see people talking about how good they are. There not that big of a deal in the wild. Unless they steal ur cryopod. Ur best defense is to keep mejos in the last spot of your hot bar. They will always steal those first. Although sometimes people say they are more annoying than Ichyornis. NO WAY. Ichyornis steal and eat all ur natcotosc and not fall unconscious. They also will snap ur shotgun in HALF....

These little dirt bags took my pickaxe when I tried to kill the gremlin a bigger stole more from me! Have a ranged weapen when encountering them

Of you are a low level and have no way to kill it. I suggest you knock it out, it can be done very easily and you still get your stuff back!
