Great for hunting enemies down. Set its alarm on tames and players and search for a hidden enemy by riding it and hopping off once in a while to let it scan the area. Plus its expendable.

I don’t know if I got extremely lucky or something, but my Parasaur was a killer.. level 9 on Scorched Earth took out and saved me from a pack of four raptors with ease and killed an anky that randomly started attacking.. at this point it’s like my guard dog and I’m pumping health and melee damage..

This Dinosaur is pretty easy to tame A person that’s new to the game is to make hey wooden club and hit it until you knock it out and then get a ton of berries then feed the berries to it

Random question in the tip section lol. But can you use a a parasaurs scanning ability on mobile?

For those who don't know, parasaurs are actually great at scanning the area for enemies as you ride around. You can also park it somewhere safe and set it up to automatically detect and alert you whenever there's danger nearby!

Good for early game and gathering beires

If you encounter one of these and you’re in a beginner world, TAME IT! It’s SO easy. If it’s about level 8 or lower, bola it and then club it to death. You can also get them with tranq arrows, but if you’re that high a level there isn’t really a point in Parasaurs. It’s a great beginner dinosaur and gets lots of berries, wood and thatch.

Let’s say your low on metal, but your closest metal nodes are far. Get a breeding pair of tek parasours, and kill the baby’s. You can have as many breeding pairs. (More the better)

While riding a parasaur, if you right click you can do a small radar ability that will ping hostile creatures.

If you have your parasaur at your base, in behavior, you can enable "Turret mode" where your parasaur will ping all hostile enemy's that come near your base.

A little question,if their sonar can detect pheonix ash and burrowed purlov,can the sonar detect deathworm too???

Build a box with no roof, 3 walls and 1 floor hit the parasaur and get it to run into your box and the bola it while it’s in there and then hit it with your bat until unconsciousness and feed it loads of berries and make sure it’s torpor doesn’t go really low and then you have a parasaur

These are pretty Easy To Tame, Found on beaches, First find a Parasaur, then Bola it, Knock it out with A Club, Fists, Or Slingshot, then when you knock It Out feed it Crops, Berries, or basic Kibble, Then You Have a parasaur I Tame these Because They are great early game berry harvesters in my opinion, so yep, that’s the Parasaur.

I called my first parasaur parry the platypus he was my first tame ever

Get these early game, especially in with friends (if ur playing with a friend get 2) these allow you to explore much more in early game. Pump up speed as well. They also have great stamina and weight. Happy exploring!

They are good for getting in a high place

To mate you have to make a fenced in area atleast 2 high or they will get out put them in and set to wander

I believe this is the first Dino I ever tamed, and I still like to keep one around. They’re great berry harvesters and their saddles are easy to make. Literally just run one into some rocks and they’re knocked out easily.

Very good Dino for early game and starters. In game they are everywhere so it shouldn’t be hard to find them. Best weapons are bola and bats to knock him out. If you use your fists, make him run into a rock and hit him til he is knocked out. Go through the process of giving him berries and especially nacroberries and in a little you will have done it. Great now you own a parasaur, pretty awesome right? But it is nothing compared to what you find soon in this game. Good luck!
