Excellent Tame for starters.

How to Tame:

1. Make wooden club and Bola

2. Find a Parasaur

3. Hit it with the Bola

4. Smack it with wooden club until it's knocked out

5. Give it berries (Narcoberry to add more time)

6. You tamed a parasaur!

No tip, but are they aggressive once you hit them, or like a moschops, run a mile away from you, or just do regular things? I’m only level 5.

I would recommend useing a bola on its feet then hitting it with a club until it is knocked out then just feed it berries(I would recommend mojoberry)

Is a decent berry collecter and kinda gets fiber sometimes and gathers thatch and little wood

So If your starting out. Make sure there is NO WATER around you or the Dino when taming/killing. Because these Dino’s are FAST. And they will most Likely run into the water- and the water is dangerous especially when you just start. Or if you are, make sure your energy is high and block them from the surrounding water and attacking it at the same time . And if there is one get them stuck in a large rock and start attacking it.

Are you new to ark? If you are, you should tame one of these. You need to learn the engram Bola. Craft it, then go look for the parasaur you want. Throw it at the parasaur and punch it. Then, put berry’s it it’s inventory and you have yourself a parasaur. They are a good way of defending you from compys and dilos, they are quite strong and you can learn there saddle engram at only level 10. They are very good at harvesting thatch from trees and berry’s from bushes too.

Super easy to breed. It will take a while to breed em, but when u get the egg put 4 camp fires around each other light em put the egg in the middle and in about 5 minutes. Good berry picker and easy to raise. Good luck with ur para 😉

I tamed a two perasaur 1of them is at level 25 and 2 is at lev3 ones a tricrodrops lv6 coming to kill me and my pera saur kill him I was shoked after I tried it so many times I say just make a group of parasaur they will help you alot

On ps4 press L2 and it will scan the area for other dinos.. It will tell you they are "threats" even if its just a fellow para but still be cautious when using this ability!

Absolutely wonderful dino to have when you’re starting out on a new map. Just started Crystal Isles today, caught a high level one and was reminded of how much of a godsend they are. Parasaurs are awesome pack mules and are lifesavers when you have low weight and need to gather a lot of resources. They’re also great for moving around to find better areas for a base but they are a bit slow. They can and will defeat weaker carnivores as well. I had one on the Center that killed a good amount of raptors and a few Carnos and saved my ass plenty of times. The higher level, the better! Very underrated and very useful creature to have. 11/10, a good boi/gurl.

These are extremely good tames as they are fairly fast, and gather loads of thatch, also the can swim very well because there head and saddle can stay well above the water

All this info is really great but what i need to know is what pressing right stick does for console players. Pressing right stick with a parasaur on console starts some sort of timer that appears at the top right corner of the screen, but i dont know what it’s supposed to mean.

Use bola to stun him then a club to the head use mejoberries to tame

I wanted to tame a 145, but to do that the easiest way wa tranq, but, I’m not the level of tranq arrows. I even started making narcotics…

these gentle giants are very easy to tame. but, they are very fast! i would recommend using a bola, but i usually just chase them into rocks. also they stay unconscious for a long time and they eat berries. if you’re new, make sure you use a bat to knock it out, it makes it so much easier!!

How to tame a parasaur

1.use bola on it

2.punch it till it becom unconscious

3.feed him Berry's

Enjoy with your new dono

Trappin them. Good you did it. Next knock it out with a bunch of dodos then put food in in its like the other thing said. Then do the exact same thing as the other thing said
