Tips & Strategies

A solid first dino tame. Not very strong or fast but it can help bare your weight and in the hostile world of ark a friend is what you really need.
More Parasaur Utility Tips
1 up one R.I.P. for EVERY killed parasaur ππ
The parasuar has had its base damage buffed to 12, base weight buffed to 480, and itβs wild weight gain was raised to 9.6 per level. This makes parasaurs carry only slightly less weight than a mammoth. Parasaurs have had a huge buff.
Ok. Paras are very useful even for the best of players they can show where enemies are and can scare away medium sized creatures (raptors bugs dilos etc.) there awesome.
In my opinion the best starter dinosaur you can get.
Decent movement speed with good stamina, an overall okay berry farmer with good weight and highly mobile. And this dinosaur has got very low saddle requierments and you can also shoot from itβs back.
I suggest you to tame one.
Good first tame for starters and a good bait for taming carnivores mid game when you want to tame that carno near your base before it destroys it.ππ
If a Rex or something big comes these can be a good distraction to give you time to run. Also they're easy to replace. GOOD LUCKΓ°ΕΈΛβ¬
apparently baby tek varients of this give primeβ¦. so yeah they are good to farm
Turret Mode is a great way to warn you of enemies within a pretty decent range! However, your Parasaur will not follow you while in Turret Mode, and it will not sound a warning while you ride it (enemies will still be highlighted in red).
Also, Turret Mode does not distinguish between threats; it could be warning you of a deadly Rex or Giga nearby or thereβs a Compy or (apparently) Oviraptor passing through. Best to ere on the side of caution!
Somehow faster on water like what????
