This is how to tame a paraceratherium (giraffe thing) first lead it away from the swamp and if needed kill the herd so the others don't get agro-ed' then you should have a fast mount for example pteranadon argy or procoptodon then shoot and run on your mount then every few seconds dismount to take a couple shots. when knocked out feed veggies or berries (mejoberries) saddle is unlocked at level 41( this is a good early game behemoth like dinosaur

i shot one with 18 tranq darts and 30 tranq arrows and he didn’t fall over bruh

A low level paracer tamed early in the game with a slingshot is a valuable ally. Just make sure you are up high before you begin firing.

I had just set up a sarcophagus trap and was adding a few more ramps and one of these fell into my trap, it was lv 12 so it needed work but it was still a weird incident, I named it parcy 😂

I am currently in the process of taming one of these, and the torpor drain-rate information is incorrect. Mine is currently half way done taming, and it’s torpor is only about a fourth of the way drained. The real drain rate is either normal, or low, but definitely not high.

I mostly to tame it i got real interested on getting one be cause of the platform saddle thingy even tho im lvl 64 i need it ._. So i took out all his friends and then shot him in the head with tranc darts (about 10)

Then i fed him berries until he loved me :)

I tamed a pacer level 6 with 16 tranq arrows on a crossbow

The best way to tame one of these dudes (on mobile) is with a trap How you make the trap is by place it 3 normal gates no doors then lure one in by punching shooting or agrouing it in anyway then once it is in side of those put gate behind it so it is trapped then tranq away.

There lots of them with babys so make some fire arrows 🏹 like 10 or 11 be careful do not hit the baby hit the mom then tame the baby go near it options will appear

Just stand on a cliff and shoot it with around 20 trank arrows.feed it berries and its tamed

Use bio toxin after it eats the first berry because then it cannot take damage unless the damage is from a agro creature that is not yours

Taming these guys are like taming a bronto

And there P saddle is pretty chip accept for that 700 fiber

Basically a Kroger brand bronto, can put a platform saddle on them but aren't as cool

Best way to tame this boi.

First. Get a raft and take it to a swamp or wherever he spawns.

Second. Get 40+ tranq or Toxicant arrows get the raft and have someone else drive it (if solo shoot then drive).

Final. Make sure while you shoot it then have the person drive it near land so it does not get knocked out in water and drown. Then shoot until knocked. Can’t use bolas for this boi so good luck.

If you are transfering stuff to build a new base on a different server, then get a paracer. It was a huge help for me when I transferred to scorched earth.
