FREEEEEEEEEE MEET YASSSSSSSS
Get on high ground and shoot from there so it can't hit you
I just tamed one of these and I’m here to give some tips! 😎 first lure it away from the swamp this is super important because sarcos and titanibowa will get to it. 😩 next Bring it to a really rocky place it will get stuck on everything. Bring at least thirty tranq arrows for a level one. I found it easy to just run around it shooting it. I used meojoberrys but you can use whatever! Have fun taming your new friend! 🦕🦕
I have my speed leveled to 121% as usual but I just shot him and ran and repeated till he was down I did lead him out of the swamp onto the beach
Bout to tame one of these bad boys with my Boi Snow to tame a rock golem. 1. Trap golem 2. Have saddle loaded with turrets for safety 3. Storage cannon balls and two cannons facing off back to rock that rock golem in the mouth! Yip Yip Ya!!! And about that beer thing not a bad idea. Might tame some crap throwers on the way there to help. Good luck and keep on surving my dudes! Hit up so I can get to top for my Boi snow to see this.
In Crystal Isles I had an idea…
So, my tribe is on a number of servers, and bc of time zones we are struggling to all tribe up. We don’t transfer stuff over unless a server is closing. Now, on other servers it’s difficult cause I make one base, then finally tribe up and are split between the two bases. So, I thought: why not make a mobile base? Remember that I am level 6 at this thought, and so I thought that hell yeah, I can do that but it takes so long to tame and I wanted an imprinted one. So I put crop plots on my raft and started work on cooking prime from carnos who thought they could take on some wild direbears. The prime jerky cooked up in my preserving bin and I have everything else ready: I’m level 37 with ground-only mounts preparing to take 2 162+ paracers.
Hope this does something positive for you guys: I’m lvl 37 with ghillie, 4 raptors (one imprinted) and some breeding moschops (for eggs) and 2 dodos sat on a raft with his crossbow waiting for the perfect paracer to spawn. I guess the morale of this story is when you put your mind to it, you’d be surprised at how much you can accomplish. And btw, I’m trash. I know for a fact that you’re better than me, and if I can do this then hell yeah you can too
Yall using taming pens? Just lure the pacer to some rocks where it could get stuck, tranq it and dont worry abt argo’s unless its a rex.
The easiest way to knock out one of these is if you are on a multiplayer server to take a tapijara, a friend, some tranq darts, a rifle and food for it. Agro it with a tranq let it follow you up to a safer area then fly away in circles while shooting at it to knock it out. feed it and now you have a walking base :)
WARNING NEVER HIT ONE IT KILLED MY LEVEL 23 DOEDIC WITH 1134 hp
Stet the gete trap but bring a poison Granada and a tripwire narcotics traps put between gate frames once trapped make sure you have bio toxin once set off throw the Granada Fromm really far away
They have the turning circle of a truck in a tunnel, wouldn't try anything solo as for its big strides catch and stomp you, but he's slow and can be ran circles around with ranged weapon for sure, just watch glitchy hit boxes
First you need to get a bow or crossbow. You could also use longneck and darts to knock it out. When you knock it out you want to feed it and protect it. You can get platform saddle at lvl 50
Small carnivores won't harm it, so in ScE I use it to tame wolves and sabers by just standing on top of it, aggro-ing them and shooting tranq arrows at them while they just run around my Paracer.
Just wanted to say very easy tame/knock out if you have tranq darts it took me 11 to know a level 11 and it took about half an hour to tame and about fifteen narcotics
Here's some tips if your taming this depressed creature so I don't reccomend running away and shooting they're faster then they look so it would be best riding on a tame such as a spino and either getting the paracer trapped or letting it attack the tame while you shoot it also if your tame doesn't have much health naturally then I think taming a lower level paracer would be best in that situation
If you are trying to take a high level which won't get damaged much use LARGE bear traps to trap them then move behind them so if they get out the turning radias can save you, note that has no multipliers.
A good way to tame on Aberration is to get it stuck on the trees and just spam arrows into its face, plus it’s the only mount with a platform saddle in aberration so you can put a cannon or catapult on it and go same some giant crabs (go for HP so it can take some hits)
