Be aware the gas drain your stam if the red gas touches u all Dino's (even paras) will attack u

Woring this guy can slow you down once you have hit him he's slow but he put your stamina down fast and his habitat is the redwoods

An easy way to tame this Dino is by getting a bow if low level and get tranq arrows then jump on a rock that it can't get you from and shoot if from there, also make sure there are no Dino's around to kill it
