They do attack you and are not that hard to kill just don't attack one near other ones or they all will attack you. They can kill you easily if you are low level or have no armor or weapons.

Fun fact: in real life the pachys skull really isnβt made for head butting itβs actually used to attract mates. The pachys head is to weak and if they were to headbut both would have there skull crushed imeadiatly. But I like how people think they can head but.

1find a Pachy
2 eat berries that reduce how sleepy you are.
3 attacks with anything
4 feed it 3-20 berries
5 there you have it a Pachy pet.
I saw a lvl 95 female pachy with bout 840 health, when I saw another pachy in the area, lvl 105 male, and it only had 385 health. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, WILDCARD.
Are these guys passive? Up for passive and down for aggressive.
