First find 2 ovis (one male and a female. If you want you can find 4 of them but it should be a male and a female)

Tame 2 ovis

Make them breed

Kill the baby with a yuty as it is the best raw mutton gatherer now you have a infinite raw mutton. For mobile player sorry as there is no ovis in mobile version 😞😓

I saw ovis in ark ultimate survival edition. Without any mode you can able to find them. Note ovis in ultimate Edition is rare dino. You need to check entire island. I saw ovis on snow Mountain. But my bad luck I am in PT on that time and group of carnos killed that ovis in my front.

The mutton farms you can make with with Ovis are insanely OP, tame this now.

If your on extinction start breeding them and then as soon as they are born put them in a crypto pod so then you got mobile mutton.

Most people don't know this but the headbutt attack of the Ovis delivers torpor. Possible Ovis fighter? No. Hotel? Trivago.

When breeding, DONT let it have birth next to turrets. The baby will get gunned down faster than Kennedy. (from experience)

These sheeps can be found in the top of the mountain in the snow biome and it can be carried by arge if u see one i suggest you to take it to your base and find a mate for it and then breed them they eat sweet vegetable cake for takingg it tipe for how to get more mutton if your ovis is low level just punch them and make them unconscious and after they get concious kill them and you'll get a lot of mutton from it (only ark mobile ultimate edition)

Get a lystro and use it to level up health stat

Use a nice chainsaw when slaughtering, you will get hundreds of raw mutton!

The wool can act as a substitute for fur and if you get a breading pair you have a mutton farm. Other than that not much

Tame up a breeding pair and never turn mating off for all the mutton you could ever ask for. 😬

For a sustainable mutton farm have every ovis bread at least 2 times before u slaughter it. That way you have the same amount of ovis’ if u kill both the parents. Make others see so they can get a ton of mutton

Slaughter high health Ovis and use Chainsaw to gather it's resources. It's insane....

They r the only source of mutton within the ark

Tame a male and a female, breed them, level the health only, kill them cause the more theyre level stat is the more mutton you get (doesnt need to be at full health it only needs a high health level stat)

You can shear wild and tamed ones with scissors for wool which can be used as a substitute for fur or Human hair when making fur armor

You can ride this with no saddle after tamed. I’m not sure why you’d want to except to move it around but it’s a fact left out on here so sharing.
