Oviraptors are typically passive and flee when threatened, but may become hostile if their eggs are disturbed. To tame one, trap or bola it, knock it unconscious, and feed it eggs; afterward, maintain it with meat. A tamed Oviraptor can be set to wander near compatible dinosaurs to boost egg production, making it useful for egg and kibble farms, and it can also collect certain wild eggs without usually provoking nearby creatures.
