In ragnarock is often stuck trying to jump river banks in jungle biom

This game is hard, man. I was on a trip, quite a long one, and my 2 wandering otters on a little house (1 foundation) were mating. When i came back, 2 dead baby otters... I didn’t even know they were born ;(

They are easly spotted at some water falls good luck.

VERY IMPORTANT

While tamed they can still attack,meaning if a raptor pounces on you the otter can actually kill the raptor,my otters have saved my lives from raptors multiple times

Otters are great for regulating body temp! Keeps you warm or cool!

I found one in the small river to the left of the first point you spawn in and in a river in the redwoods :) haven’t seen one again though, and don’t forget how cute they are :) hope this helps

They can hold multiple artifacts based on their weight

They make great shoulder pets and can gather silica pearls quickly. Just a heads up though, when the otter is on your shoulder and you turn the camera to the side the otter looks like it’s been flattened!

Don’t be me and waste time feeding it raw fish from a jacked up fis, skip that process and just pick up the fish and feed it to it whole.

Multiple otters common spawn at 30 58 ish in the river right before it dumps into the blue zone. Just punch one and every otter in the area will come attack you. Lead them up onto land to allow an easy tame once they stop being hostile (which occurs quickly).

On mobile you can just feed it raw fishmeat instegs of whole fishes

Otters can attack and harvest while riding on your shoulder. The damage it deals isn’t much compared to other natives of the Island, but it’ll definitely help to kill the enemy before they kill you. Just watch out for the pikes or spears.

How do you give one an artifact? I cant figure that out on mobile. Tnx.

Really easy tame on mobile and seriously underestimated! Very hard to find high lvls though from my experiences 😔 The best part of them are when you take them fishing for black pearls 🥺 After they kill their attack target, they bring pearls back to you and show you what they found! 🥺

Can otters wear tea helmet on switch? I tried but I didn’t work plz ark gods do it for me do it for everyone 🦦🦦🦦😭

When I first started playing, I wanted some fur armor. One day I saw something furry swimming in the water and I shot it with my crossbow. It was an otter. I went over and harvested it. It only have me about 30 pelts. I was sad when I killed the otter. Morale of the story: Don’t kill otters!

For raising they must be cryopoded all the time because they are so delicate when not full grown

Put them in a cage and kill fish to tame it

I know where they live but they wont spawn
