Very helpful can carry your stuff, if you increase their health, damage, and speed and possibly its weight but it is really helpful.

Now that these guys are rideable they are the ultiment way to level up early game. Simply area attack ( right mouse click ) on some bushes, gather tonnes of fibre, and simply sit in your safe house and make half a quadrilllion primitive cloth hats. If you have tonnes of spoiled meat you can even use all the narcoberrys you probably gathered to make narcotics while you wait. For further XP, get a friend to sit on your moschops while you craft and have a lystrosaurus nearby for the animal XP boost (having a freind sitting on an animal whilst receiving your tribe crafting benifits seem to transfer some XP to the Dino he/she is sitting on. ) the best way early game to tame a moschops is to go around with lots of tino and mejo berries ( and keep some Sabre tooth salmon nearby for easy prime fish meat ), find a whole bunch of them and just follow them around and hope for the best, if you are lucky a moschops may only want one Tinto followed by one mejo. It's ridiculous how easyJet they're to tame, on low level you online need to Feedback them once andbthey even can give you eggs for superior kibble, even tho they're so easyJet to tame, it's incredible (also I think their eggs have really cool colours)!

Take them around and hit the light posts on Extinction and you'll get massive amounts of crystal and element dust

These little guys are awesome! Go kill some trinibites or whatever than called and get an insane amount if chitin! Good berry gatherers and fiber collectors. They can be good hunters; well at least mine is!

Moschops are an amazing fiber collector. I usually play on fibercraft servers so moschops are one of the best animals to get when playing a fibercraft😁

Be sure to keep them wandering (in a safe spot mind you), as every time they find berries in the bushes and harvest them, they’re earning exp, which means that they will level faster and can have points attributed to health, storage and speed, which are the essentials of this species. A working Moschops is a happy Moschops!

Never put this animal on attack your target unless it is an aggressive, because if it attacks something on passive flee it will never be seen again 😢

Okay these big coward Lizards can eat berries (Any) but I use rare flowers and I really recommend you do the same! if you don’t have any rare flowers just use mejo! Up for more information! ^

They can collect fiber like physcos! Usually takes 1 hit on one of these cowards to get 300+ Fiber though 😃there scardey cats there real useful if you can keep em at ur base 😂 and they dont run away because a dilo or somethinged attacked ur base/Dino(s)/Both. Breeding them isnt really needed but if you want you can 🤷‍♀️, And if you were wondering you cant ride them on ARK Mobile witch sucks- So my solutian is to get a bunch of gates around ur base and make sure moschops cant fit under any gasps/Cracks in between/under gates ☺️ Set them to wander and they will collected a 💩 ton of Fiber and I think berries for you

Don’t get a raft, Meg, or anything like that. Get a moschops.

HOW TO RAISE A MOSSIE (moschops)

1. Take a male and a female mossie and put them in a 4x4 area

2. Put them both on wander and wait for them to mate

3. Take the fertilized egg and drop it by a unlit campfire

4. If it says to cold light the fire if not leave it off untill it dose

5. Collect ALOT of moji and tinsl berrys (the red and purple ones) or whatever berries you tamed the parents with, you will prob need 200+ but you can gather over time with parents 50 is best to start

6. Once your baby hatches put all your red and purple berries u can spare into its inventory

7. Keep feeding, the bar doesn't have to be full but you just need it to be a good chunk full

8. Imprint on it by giving it what it wants (it will say in the animals description)

9. Get more berries and KEEP FEEDING

10. Now you have the best companion, put him on wander to collect berries and other resources (my one named sunstreek even killed a dodo once for no reason 😐)

I used to have two Moschops. My female, Chomp Baby, was a god send. She would harvest so much materials for me and was loyal to me. Then there’s Mark. Mark is useless. He has been on wander for 30 in-game days. He hasen’t moved an inch. I double checked to see if he was on wander. He was. He was just so lazy, but I still kept him. As a fridge. Then one faithful day, Chomp Baby was gathering for me when she somehow angered a Trike. I watched right before my eyes how the best gatherer I had died. Now Mark was not sad. Mark was too busy being lazy. Mark is not a good gatherer.

It is very good at gathering nearly every resource needed at the beginning and many of those also being needed at the end! Plus while riding can kill carno. Best first tame for aberration. And if they want honey or flowers just reload them.

Once you tame a theri, these things are useless. Great troodon bait though.

Just recently there’s been problems with moschops in ARK mobile not eating?!! (Maybe a glitch or new update) anyways I just noticed my moschops “Smoothie” stopped eating as well and when I checked all its food was depleted and half its health gone but there were plenty berries in its inventory. I tried mejoberries (pink/purple) which weren’t in its inventory and it worked!!! HURRY N GO FEED YOUR PRECIOUS!! Good luck!
