Found this out the other day on Lost Island, went to the swamp to harvest rare flowers. Was harvesting in the red mushroom patch and this thing harvested BIO TOXIN. I had never heard of this and have been farming jellies for that forever. Never again. This tame is one of my favorites!

So for everyone Who is upset that you cannot ride them On mobile if you are collecting from bushes shortly after they will start collecting from Them so do not be upset you can get fiber with them on mobile

You should tame a height level moschops moschop have healthy so you can use it as a distraction

I’m sorry those of you on mobile. You have to deal with no extra maps, very bad graphics, lower settings you cant change, and you can’t ride these guys.

Set one on wander in forest with collar and bam next day u have a crap ton of seeds it’s like they poop em out! Also don’t bother breeding then the babies will not eat. Enjoy you unlimited supply of fiber berries and seeds!

Use this for bait when taming a carnivore because your future carnivore will target the moschops and you jump out and club the carnivore or tranq the carnivore or you could use this as a berry and wood and thatch and fiber collector by putting it on wonder.

In Ark Mobile you cant ride these guys, therefore, they will never attack anything due to their cowardly nature. Dump points into weight and use them as backpacks.

They are ridable in PC Ark now too. I was a little thrown by that since I didn't remember than being so before.

This is the most underrated beginner tame. A rideable tame that doesn’t require a saddle, and usually found on the beach (a safe place!). Some can be tamed passively with just a few mejoberries. Harvests fiber, thatch, wood, berries, rare mushrooms/flowers, leech blood, and even sap! Has a harvest wheel that allows them to gather specific resources (like the Theri). A must-have for beach bobs.

You can easily wipe out wooden bases with a single moschops. Players can die quickly too. Overall decent starter dino super usefull.

Good for making prime kibble, because of their large eggs.

When you take its egg it doesn’t attack you

This is a must have tame! I got knocked out bye a troodon and this guy stormed in and destroyed it! Upgrade melee damage and movement speed

Very good for early game harvesting and can hold its own against small predators eg Dilos and Piranhas. Can be hard or easy to tame depending on the taming speed multiplier. Not much utility outside of early game.

I got sooo lucky when taming a lvl 250 all I needed was Tinto berries THATS ALL I’m so #blessed.

You can ride them. the gather rating here on thatch is underrated, I had a 150 and gathered so much thatch with it over encumbered me in less than 10 minutes may have been over 50k thatch in 10 minutes.

For Some while now these can be used as mounts, not that they are fast or any useful, but it can be a very good early game escape mount. And they don’t require saddle

You can now ride Moschops and you don't even need a saddle. They are fairly quick and can attack only when mounted.
