My moshops won't protect me or help me on any creature i attack is this how its supposed to be

He is easy to tame gathers TONS of berries thatch fiber and ok wood just leave him there for a day and you can build a wood base with all the mats and even a bob with tintos can tame him they’re so easy and useful just get 5 on wander in your base never need fiber/wood/thatch again

These guys are AMAZING for beginner tames. Get 2 or three and set them to wander. Come back in a few minutes and you can get 1k to 2k fiber along with stacks of berries, even with base rates! Plus they have pretty decent health and can run in a pinch. Great for a first passive tame.

I feel like you it should be a beginning rideable team

What you need a moschops for is an early game good harvester, and they can walk up rocks the player cannot, that was how It killed a therzino, walked up a rock with moschops and then fired away.

Tame a max level moschops enable wandering wait for an hour and you will be swimming in fiber ocean

It’s still not as good as a decent chainsaw

If you leave it on wandering it gathers resources, but make sure not to lose track of him

Great early game tame, good for getting fiber and narcoberries. Tamed a 140 male and a 50 female within 10 minutes of starting Ragnarok. Used them to get some practise breeding and hatching babies.

If you order to move to a place past a tree you it will harvest the tree

It’s a natural bulldozer when left wandering, a must-tame if you are too lazy to gather stuff

These creatures are the best starter dino in ark. I tamed a lvl 90 with 3 mejoberries and it can kill 150 stegos. If you harvest the stego with LT, you can get like 9 prime if u upgrade. Also amazing at getting fiber, better than a therri.And, amazing for thatch!

This is a great dino for collecting prime and pol tame a few of these for diffrent jobs and ur set

Theyre not that good but they do a little jig! Once he levels up from eating, level up and watch the cute dance!

At higher levels with at least 2.5k health and melee it is the most unexpectedly useful small cave mount. It has a huge attack radius, including directly behind it, and if you pump up it’s melee it can 1 shot a flock of bats or piranha in a single bite. High torpidity pool and drop, regains health rather quickly as well. Oh, did I mention it can gather around 300 chitin per spider harvested? About double that much from Arthropleura. Dump points into prime meat harvesting and you’re gonna be FULL of prime to tame carnivores. Just make sure to NEVER dismount mid-fight and bring a strong shoulder mount as insurance in case you get pounced off by something. You’re welcome.

This is a very good first tame. Set it on wandering, and let it run wild. Check back later for hundreds of thatch and berries!
