You have 2 options to tame this guy, you either look for a high level one and have to feed it 3/4 times risking getting a complicated thing to feed him (like prime fish meat, in the early game) or look for a lower level and you probably can tame it with only one thing, probably you should look for one that asks for berries...

NO JOKE, this fella can be one of the BEST dinos in the early game, can gather a lot of stuff in high quantities and it's eggs are use for Superior Kibble!

Easy tame, useful and able to make good kibble really early! It's worth it, trust me!

Ummm is that good I just took one of the thousand Moschops eggs this wild thing laid and it ran in a weird direction and if I Remember the direction was the last place I got pulverized by a theizer

Dododex says raw prime but it requested cooked prime meat.

Ppl very much underestimate this creature! If you can ride it it is a very good creature especially if you get a high level at the beginning. I also recommend leveling Health,melee and maybe speed? It is wonderful! I have actually killed brontos with this thing! And I got me one with lots of oxygen and killed a Alpha Megalodon! As I said very good! Plz 👍so new or even pro players of the ark can see how they underestimate this creature!

how to tame:

1: get a bola and or a club

2: make sure you have a bunch of dif berries and some meat

3: bola it or just K.O it

4: starve it

5: feed it the berries and meat one type at a time

6: wait for taming bar to fill up and enjoy you mini megalania

bonus: just a tip for mobile players, i cant ridemine for some reason. idk why but just so you know, in case you cant ride on mobile. hope this helps!

Moschops are an incredibly good starter tame, especially for farming, so here’s a guide to help you get one

1. Moschops spawn all over the beaches on the bottom half of the map, and can be found along rivers and in jungles there too

2. Moschops are a passive tame, with several foods they can ask for. Moschops get a HUGE amount of taming progress from each feed. They mostly ask for berries or various meat types. They get hungry again fairly quickly so I recommend taming it in all one session. If they ask for something you don’t have, they will ask for something else later, assuming you haven’t started the tame yet. Letting the tame run out will also reset it if you have started.

U can ko tame them. I’m trying this out and it seems to work.

I tamed a lvl 135 and the dude had 2k health and could kill a trike in 3 hits

They lose torpidity very quickly. Bring tonnes of narcotics.

Find a 150 tame it pump all levels melee and organic 2 mantis you won't know what to do with all the poly

Dododex also misses that its prime fish meat

The moschops can be picked up by an argentavis so I recommend taking it to a safe taming location close to your base because chances are, the prime fish and prime meat will spoil before you feed it one

When taming a moschops find one that want berries they usually want mejoberries though but sometimes want the rare flower and mushroom

Apparently, u can ride em on pc. On mobile (which is what I play on) there useless pieces of crap. And they eat various amounts of different types of food. They are way too complicated, and a waste of time. And I thot u could ride them on mobile. Turns out, there as smart as a dodo 🦤.

Pro tip : put five of everything in your inventory. Maybe something they want will be in there 😃

Just look for one that wants tintos or mejos and stuff it full
