This is one of my fav underated creatures. It harvest fiber like a machine wich us very helpfull in starting and has soo high health and malea compared to a starting creature easly on of my top 3 starting creatures

Hate that you have to carry around giant bee honey just for it to maybe spoil? But that stuff on a fishing rod! Negates the spoil timer indefinitely for honey. You can store these in vaults aswell, or use them to tame moschops without worry for yhe spoil timer!

If your on a x3 multiplier it will only take one berry.

One of the best tames for beginners. Sometimes it can want some unusual stuff, though.

Tame this thing and give it a collar on mobile and upgrade weight and store ur valuables in it. Once you get raided and it attacks a dino you have it will run away with ur items safe in its inventory and when you respawn you can find it!

I think you should get this creature first because it is like parasaur and it collects a lot of fiber but you to find a low level one

alright so,

i tamed a few moschops so they can gather berries and level up. so, i kill some dodos for some

meat (sorry for dodo abuse), and then i kill another and next thing i see is uh..the moschops harvesting it. ITS AN OMNIVORE?!?!

If you want to use these to collect fiber on mobile you need to set them to wander and use the whistle to get them to stop following you. I personally let my Moschop out of my base to wander and collect fiber while I stay near it collecting stone and wood. They will also occasionally take down trees for you and eat corpses.

For the person who asked where you can find them, you can find them in the south, by beaches.

Feed the moschops some berries it tells you to feed it. Once tamed, it eats whatever consumable food you give it and it gives you a higher chance of you getting resources

Moschops are probably the best beginner game on most islands, because they are relatively easy to tame, ( depending on your luck) and they can farm many useful resources. Along with that they can be raised to take our almost ever non major threat you encounter as a beginner.

Okay so a lot of people say that moschops are useless coward Lizards. Well if you say that then just take one yourself set it on wandering and make sure its next to a lot of trees and mostly berries and they are awesome for collecting fiber (Extra tip-THEY EAT RARW FLOWERS- they also eat a lot more like berries and crops!)but I use The Rare flowers because it brings mine up to 69% tamed! (With one flower) also make sure when your taking this harvesting god because if you hit it taming is practically over for you don’t try to knock it out if you do your stupid so DONT try to knock it out please make sure that when breeding it’s a 4x4 area! Set it to wander and it will wander for hours on end and when it comes back you will have SO MANY GOD DAMN BERRIES AND FIBER

I set it to wander and it came back with 40000 fiber

Very easy tame, just get mejoberries and feed them. I have four of these and I let them roam them around, next thing I know I have 5 stacks of thatch, 5 stacks of fiber, and 2 stacks of wood, and tons of berries :)

Entitled little pipsqueaks ask for cooked prime fish meat at level 10 while you’re still a level 3 beach bob.

For mobile people,wildcard if ur not gonna let us ride the thing at least add a setting that makes them gather fiber till u have as much as u want, if danger comes they go back to you and alert you.

Just find one that wants Mejoberries and tame it, then enjoy the perks of the moschops

Well I only tame the ones who just want berries but sometimes it wants ELEMENT

Just in case you don't know, in wander they stop gathering once they reach half max weight

These things are actually really good for how easy they can be to tame. They get crazy amounts of berries and wood and fiber and also have a pretty high damage
