I love killing these useless things. I kill them all on sight for easy meat and hide.

When taming on single player, just exit to the main menu and reload your game to reset it's desired food. Taming progress is not lost!

they eat cooked prime meat, tintoberry, mejoberry, jerky, prime jerky, giant bee honey, leech blood, rare flower, and rare mushroom.

Don’t waste time finding its desired food! You can just knock it out! (On mobile at least)

Survivor, do not be fooled by its short posture and stubby figure, for the Moschops is a force to be reckoned with. One could say the Moschops is the Shaggy Rodger of gaming, with only its own cowardice holding it back from being one of the strongest beings in the multiverse…

All jokes aside, it is genuinely a great tame even in the midgame. It’s great at foraging an entire variety of resources, flexible in usage, and if leveled right, can deal some massive damage. On lone runs, I have ruined packs of araeno in caves, chewed out T-Rexes, and solo’d Brontos just because I felt like it on a Moschops. In some strange way, they don’t seem to eat prime meat in their inventory either, making them reliable for carrying it across short distances. Overall, a very considerable tame if used right, which could have tanky health and a bite to shake the heavens, but the stability of Courage the Cowardly Dog when left unchecked.

Easy to tame on Gen 2 by buying requested resources with hexagons. . Tamed one before I remembered.

You can now ride them when they are tamed.

Easy tame, not a knock out tame you just have to find one that wants tinto berrys.You can even ride it which I love.

Hardest dino to tame in ark it killed me 27 times before I got my giga and it killed my giga so i shot it in the butt

A level 150 prehistoric rideable lawnmower on 1x official servers gets 15.8% per berry (anykind), cooked prime, rare flower or rare mushroom, & jar of honey, however it only gets 4.9% per piece of raw fish. Nov. 12, 2020 :)
