They've also asked for tintoberries, and it seems to raise the taming bar alot more than say prime fish when requested

Moschops eat mejo and tintoberries also cooked prime meat not raw prime meat(at least in my experience)

I fed it rare flowers even though it wanted mejoberry

Why does everyone look down on these guys I’ve killed Rex’s on these things they r super op! Just make sure to have a good eye on them when not mounted so they don’t run and you have got yourself a super hard hitting Dino and he is a great harvester and has harvesting lvls so he can be even better!

When you see this guy in the beginning of ark tame him he’s the best starter dino for fibre berries wood thatch especially narco berries and fibre.

I say this with almost every dino, but trap it. It's so much easier. It's more work, but dude... if you're gonna invest the time into taming something you want? Fork out the resources, suck it up, and just build it a little 2x2 box with a ramp in and coax it in, then tame it in peace.

If you want it to be just a utility dino then only pump weight and a little movement speed but for defense just don't

This isn’t about the moschops, but I think Dododex should add if they are carryable by mammoths. Their LT/L2 or whatever move can pick things up. Up so Dododex can see.

Set to wander and you have lots of berries and fiber

Step 1 put tintoberries in your hot bar

Step 2 find a Moschops on the beach

Step 3 stay very close to the Moschops and slide from the right at tintoberries and at second one

For organic poly use a high damage dino (spino reaper) to kill crabs and let your moschops farm it. I pumped health and had a basilisk follow me (will work with most dinos you pumped weight on) and transferred the organic poly to it pumped all its levels into poly too

The Moschops also requests rare mushrooms for taming.

Dododex forgot Tintoberries. Can be used to tame Moschops.

Low on fiber? Tame one and set it to wander, go about your business and come back in a few in game days. I gave it about four days and he had almost a thousand fiber!

Tlc 2 update made it to where you can ride them pc amd consoles

I accidentally gave a moschops a mejoberry when I first played the game and accidentally tamed it???

Honestly I’ve been a ark fan for over 3 years and never knew what they actually did and never tamed one bc they not cute, but once I started playing again on hard and brutal they are a must need for the beginning. Only took 5 berries to tame a 140 which ended up being around lvl 200 . 3.000 health mans a tank . The best thing is idc if he ends up dying so if their has to be a sacrifice for me to live … Yk how the rest goes 😂

This one you do not need to knock out give them the food they want the purple berries get him to 90 in just one if he wanted it
