I've relogged before near some moschops and they actually changed their minds on what food so it's helpful for taming

If the moschop you want to tame is asking for hard to find items like giant bee honey, raw prime fish meat, cooked prime meat, rare flowers or rare mushrooms, you can save your game and go back to the menu screen and hop back into your game and the item the moschop is asking for will change I tried it in ark ultimate survival edition mobile and it works.(Some other guy also submitted this tip and I thought it was helpful so I'm going to copy his tip so that more people can make use of this tip)

Sees breeding as a form of fighting and will run away.

Take this creature and bring it near your base. Than turn on wandering and watch as it collects berries and TONS of fiber. So much easier to get fiber now. Plz up for others to see if this was helpful

For some reason I cant use it to harvest prime fish meat from salmon in ASA.

Don’t make it listen to group whistles. If you whistle a target it will run off. You’ll have to keep an eye on it. After that, whistle stop on it and/or follow. Oh, and if you see Simon make sure to tell him it’s safe now and come home.

It's about 3 min 30 sec in-between feedings.

Can be used to harvest TONS of fiber in a short term or defend against small predators like raptors or dilos and if high enough level maybe even carnos. Very well rounded great tame in early game.

Feeding it what you want it to gather has NO EFFECT on its father rates. These are determined by the additional level granted every level to increase your moschops' gathering efficiency of your chosen resource.

Best for if you need fast polymer for crafting. I have used this countless times to make all the industrial equipment. But only level up health and weight and put the gathering levels into polymer. Mines at 530% and I get 50 polymer per penguin. 👍

These are very good for starters they are good gatherers and are fun creatures if you level their movement speed they can go really fast! Also you can’t ride them in Ark Mobile. Up so more people can see

Specialists are best. Put points into weight and hp. Melee does not affect gathering rates.

Before taming do some fishing you should get all the items you need in a short time with out having to run all over the place. Helps if you have a taming boat.

These guys are good for farming,cuz u can upgrade how much they can harvest for a type of thing , and idk why anyone says they are useless, this guys are basicalyy monsters , i got in a fight with a 154 lvl argentavis and my moschops was 60 with 400% dmg , he beat the argentavis and still had more than a half of his hp. So i dont understand why anyone says it s useless. like so more people can see it 😁

Why is this thing in the Rideable if you cant ride it in Mobile....

Once tamed, this is the best organic polymer farmer imo.

If you set these guys on wander, there great! There easy to tame and have great health a melee!Up for more info on other Dino’s.
