Tips & Strategies

For anyone thinking that you have to knock these guys out, no that is the WRONG way to tame them as they will not give you your inventory. This is because when you try to knock them out (i.e. punching/hitting them) their default reaction is the same as that of a parasaur - to view it as a threat, and immediately run away in fear. The way you tame these guys is simple. You feed them any berries found in the bushes (not including stimberries or narcoberries), and then follow them around until they get hungry again. Parasaurs are also herbivores, much like moschops, but parasaurs need to have a bola thrown at them first, especially for new players as they will most likely outrun those guys, but because Bolas deal damage and Moschops will view any form of damage caused intentionally as a threat, and run away fearfully, the exact same fear that will prevent you from taming them. Long story short, you have to be GENTLE when taming moschops, not knock them out like half of every other Dino...

This is easy to tame but sadly you canβt ride it on mobile but they can get wood fiber and Thant it will be more easier building a thatch base and wood base but they donβt collect much wood and they donβt attack and when you take their egg t.hey run and sorry if this is long
Moschops are a great way to start gather resources they can gather thatch berries and fiber so if you just started i suggest you use moschops first
Pro tip: Best and easiest tame to get LARGE EGGS for kibbles, tame a few low leveled ones, 1 male and 4 females is enough to get your kibble farm started.
Use the kibbles to kibble tame high leveled argy and others. I give this useless guy 5 out of 5 stars just because of her their eggs.
Give this an up to let everyone know this.

Possibly one of the best early tames. As long as it just wants berries itβs an insanely easy tame. I tamed a 145 almost straight from spawn and not needing a saddle means you can use it straight away. It had good melee and decent health and basically allowed me to just protect myself early game.
This guy is a passive tame. For everyone that doesnβt know what that is, it basically means that instead of knocking it out you need to give it its preferred food that it shows and then feed it to it by placing the food on your hot bar and then try to consume it while looking on it
Taming tip: if they're asking something that you don't have, just go far away for a sec, and when you come back it will be asking something else. But it only works for the first thing, the next ones you'll have to give them whatever they're asking
They take Rare Mushroom, Rare Flowers, Gaint honey and berry. If more can you post it. Also do not hit them or your taming failed
One look at their egg makes you think "I know why it walks like that."
If it wants for example giant bee honey and you dont have it you can leave the game so it might be for example mejoberries.Hope this helpedπ¦π¦π¦
After you ate it, set it to wander and pick it up with an argie, fly it slowly through the forest. It will gather until full and level very quickly.
