Great Dino to use doing underwater drops perfect for you collecting those wooden shields and shield bp that completely waste you time.

Great all around underwater. Powerful and tanky. I have noticed they are able to survive a jelly fish swarm. I have mine kill around 40 jelly fish while being shocked.

I recommend pumping health and melee.

DO NOT CRYO POD WITH STUFF ON THE PLATFORM SADDLE, IT DESTROYS EVERYTHING. IT ALSO HAPPENS WITH OTHER PLATFORM SADDLES.

A max level, imprinted mosa with a high armor saddle is virtually unstoppable. I had a green one that I bred and named Jormungand after the world serpent in Norse mythology. It’s strength was mythical! (No pun intended)

My mosa has 37k health and over 600 melee, I fear nothing in the water

These creatures in real life actually needed to surface to breath much like whales, also they stayed near the surface of the water, never straying to deep.

My mosa has 14K HP and over 300 melee with an acendent platform saddle and he can kill anything in the ocean. Even alpha Mosasaurus and still have 13K health. (I play mobile.)

These fat sea gigas need a tlc, the looks are good but it has such bad mobility it can barely turn and it doesn’t have any buffs or resistance to anything, I would like to see in a tlc, fresh looks, better mobility especially that Turning, and some more damage to make if feel like the king of the sea like it should, and some dam resistances, like the basilos

To the guy saying they stayed near the surface, that sounds terrifying

Prime Meat Gathering (In My world) tip (Ocean edition):

1. Get a mosa, and get its platform saddle.

2. Build a base with all useful things, including an industrial griller (If want cooked, please bring gasolines) or preserving bin (If want raw, please bring sparkpowders).

3. Pair it with a basilo/tuso and go to the deep sea.

4. Command your team to attack enemies tgat drops prime meat upon death, assist them by riding your mosa and attack, the higher the level, the stronger and tankier it is and better.

5. Gather your fallen enemies' corpses (Recommended using mosa)

6. If you want it cooked then turn on industrial griller (Tip: If you run out of gasoline you can collect oil from your basilo/tuso and refine them)

And If you want it raw then use preserving bin (Bring many sparkpowders)

7. Enjoy your prime meat :)

Good for naval combat or taming underwater creatures very good if you live on a island and someone tries to raid you

How to get a high quality mosa saddle/mosa platform saddle on mobile:

Head into the yeti cave (tame one of the wolves in the cave to do this). In one of the big rooms there are multiple snow covered platforms. On one of the platforms is a red cave drop, and the loot of this drop includes mosa saddles and mosa platform saddles. I ran the cave ~100 times and I got 4 mosa platform saddles (1 journeyman 3 ascendent) and 2 mastercraft mosa saddles but I don’t even have a mosa lol.

I realise 1% dmg is 1 dmg

example

wild mosa has 105% dmg so it’s dmg is 105

if mosa has 220% dmg the dmg is also 220

1 damage per 1%dmg

very useful to hunt drops on, only issue is jellyfish dismount you and will kill it. in my opinion it's better to use a squid they have more health and the melee is just as good. until wildcard stops jellyfish hitting this thing it's a risk your loose it to a lagging render field.

Amazing dive and surfacing with this guy. I have 240 oxygen and i can get to the bottom of the ocean, get oil and pearls and be back to the surface with plenty of time to spare. It has a lot of health and can take on schools of low level megladons. My favorite dino so far!

After a whole round on the island I litteraly found a lvl 20 mosa near my base area.

Then knocked it out with toxicant and tranq arrows and tamed it with 2 quetz kibbles(soothing balm also).

And now I'm sure that I'll see those mosa's everywhere cuz I've tamed one¯\_(ツ)_/¯¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Guys more melee is more harvesting quality than normal just pump melee mine is over 300% and I got about 97 prime fish from the leedi
