I used a level 25 Tuso, grabbed the mosa and took it home. Used my megachelon to keep my oxygen up then went to the bathroom while the Tuso pumped it full of torpor. 0 arrows needed.

Swim in circles around it with a baryonyx and shoot from your mount.

How to take

1 build trap by the shore

2 kill ammonite

3 lead mosa into trap and kill off other animals

4 tranq and tame

k tamed Mr snappy now for alan... nah I'll skip that.

You can use sanguine elixirs on them while you are in a vacuum compartment and they are outside

If you have a mosa near a underwater cave, go into the cave and shoot it out, makes it faster without a trap.

Im lvl 68, and i tamed a fricckin' mossa! I used 500 biotoxins and 120 raw meat and i used an acuatic monture (an ictiosaurus)

Just take an itchy and some decent crossbows or compound bow with some tranq arrows or toxicant arrows and knock it out without dismounting the itchy.. Easiest way to tame one.. Just tamed a lvl 130 water demon..

Giga of the sea. Put spikes on the plat... The attack motion gives it more effect.

I play easy mode on mobile and I rode a Ichthy shot tranq arrows at it and it did not agro… I shot it 15-20 times with a master craft crossbow and it completely ignored me like I did not exist. Mosa WILL agro at a meg, plesiosaur or basil. easiest way to tame a Mosa.

The mossa spawns near carno island to tame a mossa make sure you use a fast crossbow to knock out mossa - from WinterTheWolf

Underwater caves are so clutch when it comes to taming such creatures, set a gate and youre pretty much done!

Quetz kibbles dont work on switch , the mosas can ate it but its only a 1 percent, if youre a switch player tame it with raw mutton -Diego

I tamed this in my rhynio on the island and boy was it kind of easy. I didn’t use a trap cause I’m too lazy to craft one I blew through 230ish tranqs for a 125 it didn’t rlly attack and usually I just went two feet closer to the surface and it would flee more and I got attack by a lieplireduon a bunch of pleasisaurs and a alpha mosa and eels. I got it out just now tame one it’s pretty fun!!!

More over on the dlc you would have pocket of space where you could create tools and have a breath of air there would be creatures that could give you water similar to oil bugs. With vents that would go and shove you upwards. The new creature would be a thing that would set up deep sea areas and required food to be dragged towards it similar to otters they would speed as super sonic speed and inflict a deprevention debuff that starves you of oxygen. It would be able to morph into the ocean floor or the top to hide itself

We tamed a 145 with quetzals kibble and it is a beast.keep your distance and swim up
