If you have a tusoteuthis you can knock this guy super easy out. A tuso does 10 torpor per second while you are grabbing a dino, so a lvl 150 mosa takes about 50 min to knock out. You just can be afk and then he will be knocked. You can also bring someone else with you and he can tranq him out while you are grabbing it with your tuso.

Ez to tame just 5 stone in sling shot bring 15 cos hard to shoot under water :)

Easiest and safest way to knock out is to shoot it from the back of your dolphin.

Do not go on a raft with some dinos because mosa will attack

Your raft and kill your dinos ..

I was using frog, for tame 85 mosa, swim up and down while it move around.

The mosasaur is a very difficult knock out solo, expecially when they are high level. The easiest way I have found to knock it out is get help from others and when it swims toward u swim up and shoot it

Do not fight the alpha of these if they are above level 20. I was patrolling mm the waters around my base when a level 45 alpha mosasaur attacked me. Within moments all 4 of my pliesaurs (levels 60-70) were dead, along with my 6 sharks (levels 45-125), my mosasaur (level 120) lasted a little while longer before falling valiantly. Just me and 3 turtles (level 60, 65 and 80) now. The alpha tanked over 400 hits from my blue crossbow (300 Stone bolts and 100 tranquil, i switched to tranq when i ran out of stone) before the turtles died. I died almost immediately afterwards. Seriously. The alpha of these things are just gross. I've now decided to quit the game.

Never ever shoot it with a bullet or it will die immediately so use a crossbow shoot it 10-20 times and feed quetz kibble.

TIPP: Easy Taming

The Mosasaurus is a deepsea creature, that means you can easily knock him out with this Trick. (you should use a basilosaurus because of his health and the immunity effects)

1) Swimm down to the deepsea

2) Let the Mosa follow you up

3) If you swimm high enought he will stop chasing you

4) When he Stops chasing you, just shoot at him with tranqs (the higher your Crossbow damage the faster he gets knocked)

5) Repeat the first steps if he swimms too far away from you

6) knock him out and feed him some T-Rex Kibbel

7) Enjoy your Aquatic Giant

BONUS TIPP: He spawn around the carno Island and i would recommend to not go too far from your basilosaurus while shooting the Mosa Because you are f*cked if some eals appear and you cant mount your Basilo to kill them (He is immune to the Shocking effect)

To best tame a tuso, I would recommend two people going. One on a tuso with decent stats and saddle, and one with a good crossbow. Big guy will be knocked in no time.
