Great dino for almost any needs. Great at collecting berries and wood. Good weight. Easyily takes out predators with normal hit as its knockback is great so if you time it perfectly you keep knocking them back and they cant hit you. Lvl 75+ is able to take out a rex easily.

Tame a low level with a boomerang at the beginning of scorched earth, that's when you start to progress

So when these guys are in a group they will fight back if they are aggroed but if they are by themselves they will run in fear

Despite the reviews, this can gather cactus sap, and is quite efficient at it

On scorched,theses are the best early game creatures,they are GREAT at gathering cactus sap and berries,they defend against raptors,scorched earths main enemy

Okay so me and my brother were playing scorched earth and really wanted one so we used a strategy that worked. Depending if it’s you solo or playing with other people bring a boomerang or two for each of you (or just you) and find one a little away from its tribe if solo, but if not playing solo just corner them, then spam them with boomerangs and it will knock them out. Same for solo(CAUTION TAKES A LITTLE WHILE TO TAME)

Put 60 or so into a 150s head, still not out, but im out of arrows

Typically they will run directly the way you are facing when you attack them. You can use that to your advantage by running it into rocks or a mountain side. Be careful if taking on a group! They are faster then they look by far. They have a good topar timer so dropping multiple at once and taming thdm all is not too difficult.

I tamed one with a single cactus thing I can’t remember if he was a lvl one

The most underated dino in scorched earth. Can be easily tamed by low levels and can take out Paracers, Carnos, Wolves, etc. Also go for transporting water.

Morellatops are found almost everywhere on the map except in the dunes. If fighting one you should keep distance unless you are well prepared with armor and/or weapons. Morellatops are easily escaped by running through trees or rocks.

This is a super helpful Dino for early game! You NEED to tame one of these guys for early game! And why I’m here? I’m here to teach you how to tame one!

Recommend weapons: Cross bow/longneck rifle. (I’d rather using a crossbow to not waste your darts and longneck’s durability lol)

Start to tame:You don’t honestly need to trap it or anything; just kill the others around your targeted morellatops. Then, just Aggro it and whenever it performs its attack run back a little and then when it’s performing its attack shoot it and repeat!

Taming: I’d prefer berries/cactus sap or if you don’t have acces to cactus sap just collect some berries from nearby bushes.

Keeping it unconscious: you actually don’t have to bring narcotics. (Depending if it’s a high lvl or what food your taming it, meaning if your giving it cactus sap NO NEED for ANY narcotics/ anything it will tame so quick, if your using berries and it’s a low lvl no need for narcs. If it’s a high lvl ur taming with berries u gotta bring some narcs, BUT, if ur using cactus sap even for a highhh lvl one no need for narcs/ just bring 5 narcs in case if your even using cactus sap for a high lvl one)

These are the best beginner tame if you are ever thirst tame one camel and keep it by you.These guys don’t attack when they’re alone.And only when there is another one by it’s side .So find a lone Camel and your golden

They are such good tame to start the game with and they hold lots of water. They are also easy to use and are really easy to tame

Here is a small tip that everyone knows, when not in groups they run away but in groups they fight back.

If planning to make a lot of kibble have this dino carry a load of water on it and have a lot of wasterskins then keep on filling the skins with the water from the morrellatops while making the kibble, simple

If its alone, its good to tame, and it cant attack you, but if its in a herd do not attack it because it will fight back im a herd

The best part about this thing is Pegos can't heckin steal it😃
