Fun fact: megalosaurus (name translates to “big lizard”) was the first true dinosaur found. Discovered by Richard Owen, he thought it was quadrupedal (walked on all fours) and resembled a crocodile-lion cross. Later he would correct his data and soon classify this group of extinct line of ancient lizards as “Dinosaurs”.

They should update these guys so they stay awake permanently in caves. So they can be used on other maps other than aberration. They could be a good cave dino. Please wildcard make it so these guys don't fall asleep in caves! It makes sense since there is no sunlight in the caves. "Up door" so wildcard see this Please!

If you want to beat aberration, get a high level male and female Megalosaurus and start an army. I addition, get some high level reapers. Let everyone see this.

Sorry but WTF wildcard!?! I was taming a level 56 female megalosaurus yesterday and come back today, what’s in my trap?? NOTHING! You need to fix this! I was so excited! Less a tip and more of a rant (sorry😓) minding my own business and looking for megalinia to tame. But who is down at my feet? A megalo! Oh I was overjoyed! And with my primitive ghillie, I landed a fatal K.O and fed it some meat! (RIP my chali) then out of the blue my screen blackens. You will be thinking “oh it just powered off!” NO. it kicked me from the game! I join again praying to the heavens but to my relieve, just kidding! It was not there and yes i did save game!

For mobile (old verison), if you want to ever tame these, these spawn in caves in the center of the map.

It's recommended to tame them in the daylight because they're slower, and mainly don't need a trap for them.

Once knocked out, they don't mainly wake up due to the daylight, but also being unconscious.

Wildcard should remove the sleep debt and make megalos usable in the day but make them a bit weaker then they are at night, a lot like how the troodon works. They are such an underrated dino and are very strong but are pretty useless outside of aberration.
