My Dad and I were playing ARK Survival Evolved yesterday and, so we went to Ragnarok and spawned at the Viking Bay 2. So my dad was getting resources so he went to a area with this dude, take it he didn’t even know it was there. Then he saw the thing and it killed him instantly. It said on my screen, Your Tribemate (will not include his username) was killed by a Megalosaurus! So me and him went over to his body, got his stuff, and didn’t even see the Megalosaurus again!

Taming during the day may be easy, but it has a nerf during the day so the stats will be worse. Tame at night & be prepared ;)

Day: Have a flying tame ready. Tranq it, fly somewhere high (a cliff or rock or smth it can’t get on), keep shooting until it runs. Make sure not to lose sight and keep shooting it until it goes to sleep.

Night: have a flying tame ready (one you can shoot while on it), tranq it, and do the same as day.

How do I find it and where? I do not know where.

Megalosaurus is verry gud when master and hate out of the basing. Damage and more damage will done if dark inside or out the side and everywhere as the well increases. I highly recomend as gud dinosor for meat and the gathering as well meat. Do it wake up you need put back on sleep seting for to tame again. You understannd all it?

you can only find these in caves. I’m on mobile and these cute lizards are the size of about an iguanodon or a little bigger and they’re PASSIVE, when you encounter them, DONT ATTACK, they’re not territorial DONT ATTACK THEYRE PASSIVE

At day time you can easily tame one with a slingshot. A good beginner tame

These guys are so friendly. Just go up and say Hi then BOOM Instant tame. They tame a lot faster if you have a Mastercraft or Ascendant armour. PRO TIP If your lucky enough you’ll find a pack of and tame a lot of them at once😂

Useless tame always sleeps in the day

If you knock them out you can leave the cave and they don’t fall through the map like tames do. Goes for all cave creatures.

In my opinion it should not be that much powerful... They are very small but hit harder than a rex or a spino.

How the hell would a Megalosaurus pull a basilisk out from underground? The Megalosaurus is a ant compared to the basilisk.

Ok on aberration I live right next to the water fall thar leeds into the blue zone but the funny thing is there's a spawn for megelos to spawn right at the water fall so one sawned right at my base but don't worry I led it away
