unless you have strong weapons,or there are creatures near by or you have good speedy creatures or stats give up they bite like a semi truck the are fast and if you see one there’s probably more near by so your best bet if the things I said near the start aren’t happening or you don’t have the good gear then your best bet is to get to shore as fast as possible but for the new Aquatica map thats COMEING out idk there is. No hope but if on any other map run to shore on get on your tame and run with your life if the things I said I said at the start aren’t true u can run while fight and donggeing it or you can try to have it be distracted by other creatures or you can slowly tranque it whilst running away respective to the same order as the beginning so ya thats what you can do

Once ya see this "thing" in the water just know your up for a meal

What you want to do is lead a Alpha Megalodon into a shore where it isn’t dumb enough to go on land and mount your Velonasaur you named Velona, and shoot spikes at it

Does anybody randomly get attacked by these while riding a ichty.

These things are brutal. They made it so I couldn't get air and then ate me. Then to add insult to injury they circled my dead body so I couldn't collect my gear. If this happens, I recommend using a second team mate to lure them away.

Now they come in packs of 7-15 and do instead of 50 damage a bite (150). They do 300 damage a bite on Gen 2. Why Wildcard, they were already plenty annoying, but now the basilosaur can’t even beat a decent pack.

They’re the bullies of the sea and the alpha is the meanest.

Don’t bother them and they won’t bother you. It’s that easy

So I just spawn in and I spawn on a beach. I get started, get a pick, and as I’m killing a dodo, three megs spawn on the beach, and die immediately. Me Never had I cared less about being hungry.

This is why i do not go into the sea i fly over water w a pteradon so it does not kill me

I had the god console and unvonerable on so 50 megs try to killed me but they didn’t even put a scratch on me

These are easy to kill if you wanna build a raft but megalodons everywhere tame a sarco they do 200+ dm to them and get alot of teeths for your collection

There is always a good level megan in the bay at herbivore island and most the time all around it along with other good ocean tames

Not even worth trying scary do not think it doesn’t see you I was just wondering through the water trying to get to one island to another I always check the water before I swim once i make it I chase a titanosaur and boom a megalodon shows up do not swim

To ko these guys get a level 92 carbonemys and attack while mounted😶

The best way of killing these things is a carbonym I killed a pack of four with four of them
