Once I found one while playing the island at level 92. It took awhile but I eventually got it down. But while I was putting meat in its inventory I realized I must have accidentally hit it because the taming effectiveness was at 88% instead of 99%

The shark from JAWS could probably beat this megalodon. All you need to kill it is a CROSSBOW and nothing more.

These guys aren’t aggressive on ark mobile, one swam next to me with some other sea creatures

These are supposed to be apex predators that can kill even a tusotethis, instead they are just plain annoying, it is not like you fear this thing because it isn’t half as scary a mosa, instead they are like the carno of the ocean, strong when your low level, pathetic when you are high level.
