These things are actually surprisingly good for the dragon go under its legs it can't hit you and you attack and shoot with shotgun easy alpha fight

They are Very fast so fast you wouldn't whant to fly off of a cliff like i did

The males have really good aoe attack and damage. They also gather thatch really fast. The females are faster speed but cannot attack. The males are overall much better and still fast. A few levels in speed and they get fast.

If you are a starter and you don’t want to die of dangerous dinos get full clothes cloth or hide so you don’t freeze to death and bola the megalosaurus then you nock it out with a club or a bow of tranq arrows or your fists once it is unconscious feed it berry’s or kibble I hope my tip helps.

They're found in red woods and at the snow biome. Make sure to take precaution when approaching as these biomes are pure danger. I recommend to have a small perimeter around it to keep it from running away and keep most carnivores out.

To tame one of these you will need to bola it because they run really fast.Once you have bolaed it shot it with tranq arrows

On Christmas Eve tame 7 of these and call them Santa’s reindeer and put a c4 on Rudolph’s nose

Is it just me or do you think this guy should have a charge attack for the males?

I’m pretty sure males can bleed in PvP, so if your looking for a use then there you go.

Females can only really be used in breeding.

Males are a little slower and less agile but they have an attack. Females are faster but have no attack. If you prefer speed, choose female and fight, choose male.

My first megoloceros which I tamed yesterday is now my favorite. Scout has killed 2 allos and a rex. Levels up easily. Great for clearing out trees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO TAME.

If you ever diecide to tame a Megaloceros as a mount you plan to use to deal damage with, do not tame the female. This is because (in my console experience) females do not have any attacks, hence not dealing any damage.

So I found a pretty silver one and I tamed it. Then I had to leave the game, though. When I came back it was brown. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, can you tell me how to turn her back to normal?
