You can breed them while they are mounted on the wall. I found it's the best way to breed them because they don't move around. But be carefully their egg goes to the other side of the wall so make sure you have access to both sides.

The best tame for caving as you can skip otherwise hard areas and dangerous enemies by just crawling on the wall or ceiling plus it can fit in tight spaces and you can use weapons while on back, making it a must for caves

Is it just me or should this guy be able to track a Dino after it bites it like a Komodo dragon

Also it’s bite should slowly poison anything it bites until paralysis and eventual death

Seriously, the thing can walk on ceilings with it!

Would recommend for taming ground dinos as you can ride with tools on plus climb so you can climb plus using tranq arrows or whatever you want to use to tame them

Who ever says they aren’t on mobile there wrong I just found 3 of them ( extremely rare) but it’s in the swamp cave

They're good tames, just hard to find unless you're playing on Rag.

They're not on mobile because of how complex their controls are, same with the Thyla

I was gonna take my lvl 210 into the crystal cavern for some wyvern eggs, but a bary decided that we weren’t allowed to swim there. Knocked me off my megalania and decided my lizard was more important than me. It kept stunning us until I finally got a grip and swam around it and dove in with my hatchet and killed it. My poor lizard was at 700/4300 something, so I had to go back to base.😢 dumb bary tail attack is broken.

Get your self over to Ragnorock if you're on island server, tame a breeding pair then take them back. keep hatching eggs for easy toxin if you're in need of some for the boss fights. 2x per baby

Once tamed they are actually okay at swimming and excellent guard animals for if you're base gets raided just put them on the ceiling and when someone breaks in it drops on them and gives them rabies which will generally kill them quickly
