If you see one on the ceiling, force it down. It can't climb back on unless it's a tamed one. Careful on Extinction, if you reach the Trench in the city, they are all around there. I landed my Griffin once for rest, and there it was, on the wall, chilling as if a big griffin wasn't even there.

Every bite will give you a disease that lasts for 80 seconds called Mega Rabies. It's contagious, rapidly drains your health and stamina, and also curable if you have lesser antidotes or wyvern milk.

These Creatures are a very common spawn in the redwood cave behind the waterfall on the center map at the back just a Tip!
i live in caves, and i got a dedly venom, HEY! STUPID IM NOT ON THE GROUND! look up.
Found on Island, in cave at 80, 53ish. Above first explorer note at ruin, and at the crossroads on path left of that same ruin.
These things blend in almost perfect with the darkness of the caves so always be on the lookout... or you deeeaaaddd
