If you encounter a mantis and you dont know how to deal with it run in zig-zags because they can only run slow and lung so zig-zags will work. If you do know how to handle a mantis good for you 👍

Ok the creature you kill to tame the mantis are endgame but mantises are mid game that makes no sense

Be warned that they have a fairly long range pounce, and do good damage. Don't fight these unless you're truly prepared.
