Ok the creature you kill to tame the mantis are endgame but mantises are mid game that makes no sense

Be warned that they have a fairly long range pounce, and do good damage. Don't fight these unless you're truly prepared.

They spawn on Lost Island in the desert in the bottom of the map.

Although they look menacing they are actually quite weak against other dinosaurs. You can kill those with an Argy. They give A LOT of organic polymer, so come prepared.

If using this mantis to grind out metal, take a set of clubs along with you. Ascendant clubs in a 400% Mantis will 1 - 4 hit most animals on the server.
