Managarmr taming

Extinction: out of the two maps they spawn in, I would say they would be harder to tame because of the harsh cold and if you have nothing, it would take awhile getting set up, let along all of the predators in the snow dome.

Genesis 2: In my opinion, they are earlier to tame here because of the geography and the fact that you have a tek suit. And getting narcotics is significantly easier because you can purchase everything you need off of HLN-A.

No traps needed. Just use a rock drake. Find a mana attacking something. Help it out by killing whatever it is attacking. Put rock drake in stealth mode. The mana will jump on you, shoot it thru the drake. If drake is invisible you can shoot thru its body.

When taming pic it up with quetz put it in a trap then let it tire itself by letting it jump up and down till it starves then know it out and feed it then it should be a insta tame. And enjoy your ice breathing super jum

VERY EASY WAY: all you need is 2 stone gates and a primitive or better flack armor. These things will not target your tames for long but it will target you on foot. How I did mine was placeing a dino gate right in front of it around its neak when it's attacking you and another with the snap point side ways. This then allows you to insta depending on what you feed it as it will lose food when jumping. If you need a good video I would advise watching nooblets video.

Use rare flowers to agro and get it to a trap. It won’t get off you be ready to take damage on your mount. Lastly when breeding make sure to take them off folllow and attaching target. Had something outside my house get mad and these little crickets where jumping all over the place one landed 15 tiles high on my house. Couldn’t believe they could jump that high as babies. But they do!

It's food goes down way faster than Dododex says so for like a prime tame just kill a mammoth and run back and instantly feed it and it will tame and still be hungry

Good luck they don’t stop jumping and go for anything in a 5 mile radius

Even if torpor running , they will glide back to you everytime they are jumping or gliding

For Taming them:

-Find one (Snow dome)

-Clear the aria

-Place gigantbeartraps around you

-Agrro the Mana

-Shoot narcotic arrows or darts on it until it is unconscious

-Kill some mammoths or rhinos for prime meat

You have tamed a Managamr. (for this method it is advised to have good amor)

These things like to attract everything. So when you find one be ready to kill them. Because they do not do that much damage me and my brother spent at least. 2 hours long. Just to get 2 1 hour each. So ummm you do not need a trap but be ready for it to attack everything in sight

If he was levitating in the sky, it's best to build a platform to the maximum height and put it to sleep then land on its back and feed it

Go onto YouTube and search up captain fat dog managarmr trap make sure it’s his newest one

Try to find one attacking an easy creature to take out, kill them, draw the agro, net gun, and you have an easy KO.

Haven't seen this tip yet, so give it a shot. It's worked 5 out of 5 times for me so far. This is a tip that coincides with the Harpoon Net trick.

1) single out the Managarmr you want while mounted on a daily strong flyer. ie: wyverns, snow owls, etc.

2) reveal yourself to the Managarmr by dismounting and remounting until it begins to attack, which isn't a lot of damage.

3) once the Managarmr begins to use its divebomb attacks, fly upwards and land on one of the large corrupted trees that resemble a lotus.

4) Stay mounted with the Harpoon gun equipped and loaded. Once the Managarmr dive-bombs, dismount and trap.

5) Tranq and Tame.

This not only allows you a better opportunity to net it, but also to keep it away from other Dino's while taming.

All most kill it then use a snow owl to freeze it get it food down

Don’t need to build a trap at all. Harpoon+net+longneck+tranquillizing shock darts= Falkor from The Neverending Story

When they use their energy to fly straight it uses up a ton of stamina m, that’s where breeding comes in.

Best way is too get it on the ground and run it into a bear trap. After, place gates around it and spikes so other creatures can’t kill it. Use a rifle with darts or an apprentice crossbow or up

Wait till you have a ten suit if you don't want to die as soon as you get close to it

Shock darts recommended

Hard to trap but if u can makes life so much easier
