If you're low on prime meat and have a breeding pair, I highly recommend killing off the babies for prime. They give more than a Bronto. Run it up for others to utilize.

What I usually do is get their attention with rare flowers, place 1 gate in the direction its coming at me from and once it's walking into the gate, place another gate behind its wings as close as possible. When placing the second gate, you will be in biting range but they don't do much damage. I usually use a maewing too as they have good speed and small hitbox so you don't knock it out the trap, making this easier. Once it is trapped, let it jump about for abit before you knock it out, the more it jumps, the more stamina it uses and when stamina recharges, food drains so if you do that, it will insta tame. I'd say let it jump for about a minute. I usually play on Lost island so I go with my maewing down to the bottom right of the map in grasslands and get some mutton as it is very effective and a 150 usually tames at 220. After getting stacked 4 mutations with heavily boosted rates I can confirm these guys cause internal suffering when your intentionally trying to mutate them

They go down before the shots required on here almost every time so watch out so you don’t lose taming effectiveness

Items needed: Bring a good carno or enforcer (lvl 200+) and I’d suggest 60 tranq darts and two sets of flak. You’ll also need meat, but it tames pretty fast so just kill a mammoth or something in the wasteland and it should be enough. I also suggest bringing a managarmr saddle.

Knockout: when it’s on the ground, hide behind your dino and shoot it in the head (or body if you can’t hit the head, but it’ll take more darts). Your Dino should tank most of the hits. When it jumps into the air, get on your dino unless you don’t like having armor. If your armor does end up breaking, just get on your dino and wait for it to come back down. Your dino won’t get killed very fast by dives or ice if the health is good, so that should protect you. Repeat this until KO’d.

Taming: put a few stacks of meat in the inv and it should only be a minute or two before it’s tamed.

Use the harpoon gun with net ammo and when it is trapped cover it in wooden billboards, it will be stuck in them and will be very easy to KO

The best way to tame a mana is to trap it with 2 Dino gate and a large bear trap.

1. Let it chase you through the gate.

2. Let it get stuck on the bear trap and gate.

3. Place a second gate on the back half of the mana.

4. Let it jump a ton then knock it out.

5. Now you have a instant tame.

1. Don’t build on the beach, people jump servers and will find you with ease. Try building it somewhere in a forest, or somewhere where finding a base is extremely uncommon. One of the best ways to get raided less is to never build in the outskirts of the map

2. Try a different map, the island is a huge target for server jumpers and will cause you to get raided very often

3. Make a base out of the strongest material possible, wood will almost never work, stone can protect you for a little big, and metal is way safer. Even a metal 1x1 with a smithy in it can sometimes help you save your items after a raid

4. Try to protect your base using turrets (plant species x or y isn’t recommended but can be used if desperate.) Otherwise try to get stronger Dino’s to kill off any raiders

5. Keep a small base hidden somewhere so you can get back on track quickly when raided.

6. Try to get an alpha tribe to help you get off to a good start

I really hope these tips can help you to get good in a server. Always try a new server or base location if you are always getting raided when you are in the same spot.

These are one of the best creatures to use to kill Super Turkeys during the Turkey Trial! Especially with good stamina and melee

I recommend looking it up on YouTube on how to build a trap but you have to lead it by eating a rare flower

They consume a lot o stamina, so level it up mostly in stamina.

1 Find a giant cat dragon. 2 Make a bear trap and set it down. 3 While you wait for it to set open, help it kill whatever the hell its trying to eat. 4 try to tranq it while its eating. 5 step back directly from the bear trap so youre playing monkey in the middle with the managarmr, and let it run towards you. It will get stuck. If it jumps, rinse and repeat. Until trapped while shooting it. 6 once trapped, hit the head with as many tranqs and youve basically tamed it. Easiest, cheapest, and least time consuming way i did it.

Make a line of large bear traps and make sure they are open before you make them agro onto you. Be able to outrun them or just agro them from a far or use a fast creature. Get them stuck in the trap and wait until they do their whole jump thing and begin to shoot at them with tranq arrows. If they escape by then try to shoot them due to their giant turning circle.

If you wanna trap them bast way is just tank for hits and place 2 stone gateways, one in the back and ,1 on the front, they need to be close to each other otherwise manna will escape, hopefully this tip was helpful

They do a good amount of damage per hit and they also have a very fast hit speed or attack recovery so they hit like 3 times in a second I had a level 50 that did 70 per hit thats a dps of about 210 !

I recommend using giant bear traps while you shoot it trust me it's worthwhile

Easiest tame of the draconis by far because you don't have to steal there eggs. Also the weakest but funnest to ride if the have over 1k stamina
